The quality is rather poor here. Lots of poor experiences. We got a cake and the writing looked like it was done by a young child. The drinks and blizzards have been extremely runny. When I politely asked for another one, I watched the girls gossip about my outrageous request. The second one was terrible and barely mixed. During the same visit, the girls took the trash out through the front door right in front of me. It was discussing. When I placed a pickup order, my bag reeked of cigarette smoke. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I’ve had enough poor experiences where I feel confident saying this location could use some quality control.

My first visit to a DQ.
I only ordered a Pumpkin Pie Blizzard and an Orange Julius.
It literally took 10-15 minutes to complete my order, and there was only one person in front of me.
Behind the counter was dirty and disorganized. I overheard a server tell a friend not to order a hot dog as they were awful.
My Blizzard, when I eventually got it, was great, though.
I'd go to a different location if I was given the option.

Always a decent trip here for my turtle pecan blizzard. Oh how I wish this place had a drive thru. It’s just too small and wasn’t built for that type of traffic. But still love coming here.
Parking: Small parking lot. So if it’s busy, might have to wait for a spot! Worth the wait though!

My review is for the only thing I buy at Dairy Queen and that’s the Buster Bars. Love them. Today the 6 pack box looked different, they’re all lined up and each sealed in their own new wrapper. They look perfect, not like they used to be. They still taste fine, but they aren’t as tasty because they are now perfect looking and they seem much smaller. I hope the owners will stop getting these and continue making the old ones.

Customers in here seem to be confused about what is available at a frickin dairy queen, same menu for thirty years. Other than that, cold treats available for good prices

I got a large cone with sprinkles and the ice cream was so soft & was (almost) solid like the cone from a different Dairy Queen I got the day before, therefore it started dripping literally 30 seconds after I tried to eat it. I noticed immediately the ice cream was watery & not how it should be. I took it back inside and a chubby manager with red / orangish hair told me he couldn’t give me my money back & wouldn’t remake it, even after he admitted that happened because the bags of ice cream needed changed. Which means the ice cream being watery was CLEARLY their fault for being lazy & not changing the ice cream bags on time, but still taking customers money. He literally waited for my complaint to change the bags of ice cream. He then lied to someone named Amanda on the phone & said he remade the cone 4 times which is a lie. I will be disputing the charge with my bank, won’t be returning and will be contacting corporate.

Not sure employees were trained on making ice cream treats. Ice cream cone swirl was smashed and looked like a blob, bottom of the blizzard had nothing but ice cream, sundaes were terribly made. Strawberry and hot fudge sundae had the smallest drizzle of strawberry and hot fudge topping, literally tasted like I was just eating a plain vanilla sundae. Maybe a dusting of sprinkles and the smallest amount of whipped cream. And I paid extra for toppings??? What toppings??? Disappointed
