The staff at this DQ are excellent! They are very kind and accommodating. Deja was so sweet to come out and offer my dog some cold water and take my order outside. She even brought him a cup of whip cream making him the happiest pup in the world. Give her a raise!!!

Staff was somewhat friendly & polite. But the blizzards had no topping in it! My daughter ordered royal ny cheesecake and it had 1 piece of cheese cake, no strawberries, only drizzle. I ordered a s'more and had very little crackers. No worth it!

The quality is rather poor here. Lots of poor experiences. We got a cake and the writing looked like it was done by a young child. The drinks and blizzards have been extremely runny. When I politely asked for another one, I watched the girls gossip about my outrageous request. The second one was terrible and barely mixed. During the same visit, the girls took the trash out through the front door right in front of me. It was discussing. When I placed a pickup order, my bag reeked of cigarette smoke. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I’ve had enough poor experiences where I feel confident saying this location could use some quality control.

I only ordered a Pumpkin Pie Blizzard and an Orange Julius.
It literally took 10-15 minutes to complete my order, and there was only one person in front of me.
Behind the counter was dirty and disorganized. I overheard a server tell a friend not to order a hot dog as they were awful.
My Blizzard, when I eventually got it, was great, though.
I'd go to a different location if I was given the option.

Always a decent trip here for my turtle pecan blizzard. Oh how I wish this place had a drive thru. It’s just too small and wasn’t built for that type of traffic. But still love coming here.
Parking: Small parking lot. So if it’s busy, might have to wait for a spot! Worth the wait though!
