I am a regular customer that always orders from dominos and each time I am disappointed they give me cold food and small portions for what I paid for. If I am paying for food I deserve to get what I paid for and at least warm or hot food and if you can’t deliver the food warm or hot . Do not deliver everybody’s food at the same time I only live 5 minutes away and it’s always cold.

I've been coming to this Domino's for over 2 years, and I can confidently say it's the best Domino's I've ever been to—not just in Pittsburgh, but across many states where I've ordered Domino's. The staff here are always friendly and efficient, and the quality of the food is consistently outstanding. The pizzas are perfectly cooked, toppings are generous, and they never skimp on flavor.
What really sets this location apart is their attention to detail and customer service. My orders are always accurate, hot, and ready on time. Whether I pick up or get delivery, the experience is seamless. I've been to plenty of Domino's locations while traveling, but this one outshines them all.

Ordered delivery entire meal is awesome service was awesome the only issue I had was when I place my order through your robot he didn't ask me if I wanted to leave a tip for the driver on my card y'all should look into that for the driver's I did tip cash definitely will order from here again

I ordered at curbside pickup so I could have it early because I had to get food for my kids and it was getting late. I get there like 5 minutes late. I wait a little bit and the worker comes out to tell me that since I was 5 minutes late they gave my order to someone else. Very unsatisfied not good customer service.
Who ever delivered to South Park Mobile Estates @ 2130 hours on 10/19/24 you almost hit me as I was crossing the street and was walking my dog I guess a 15mph speed limit and stop signs don’t mean anything to you….

Constantly messing up orders, delivery times, even where to leave the food. When you try to resolve the issue, staff talks over you and won't listen. Stick with Pizza Hur, Ya Ya's, V&V Scratch Kitchen. Even eating the worst frozen pizza ever crafted would be preferable to dealing with thus horrible location. Domino's corporate offices could work wonders just by shutting it down.

Ordered through the app. Med extra cheese pizza large pepperoni. My cheese pizza came with half pepperoni. I called the store and after an hour and 4 calls got it replaced. Store was extremely rude and at one point told us they weren't going to replace it because we didn't call them after 2 mins. Mind you no one told us that. The rudeness and unhelpfulness was unreal. We won't be ordering again.

Delivery drivers are reckless. Multiple occasions they have tailgated us. A driver flew past our stop sign and we live on a road with lots of kids. Called to complain and no one picks up. There is no way to actually reach this store. I got sent to India multiple times. Anytime you call the store it just rings and someone hangs up. This store should be closed.

I have only ordered from Domino's twice. The first time was fine, the second time was a disaster. Through the app we did a reorder of our previous order. It showed that all the food was in the cart. But one of our pizzas didn't show up when it was delivered. Upon further investigation the pizza that was missing had been removed from our order, and because of the deal that they were offering wasn't included and we ended up paying more for less pizza. When we tried to call to correct this I couldn't get in touch with the local store because their phone system is in an infinite loop, and the customer service people wouldn't help. We'd be more than happy to have complained and resolved this issue with the store directly, but since we can't get in touch with them a review of experience is our only recourse. Oh and we tried complaining online, but that didn't work either! ?
