Haven’t even touched my food yet but wanted to take a second to Meg who was in the drive through today to thank her for not letting me overpay her. Times are tough and if she would’ve pocketed the money for herself I would’ve never known. Thank you for being kind and honest! I don’t feel like people leave positive reviews anymore but hopefully her boss will see this cause she’s doing a great job :-)

I’ve only gone here 3 times and I use the drive thru but all of those times they have been EXTREMELY slow. I went today just to get a refresher and my sister got a water, there was a person in front of us and it took them 15 minutes to get there food, they got there food and the lady was still sitting there as if the dunkin workers forgot something, while she was talking to the workers my family backed out of the drive thru because of how long it was taking. I am very upset cause I don’t know how all that stuff can take that long. Don’t get me wrong the drinks are good there but I’ve never got the food.

I just like to say. I come to this Dunkin D. Often because I like DDs and there a convenient location. But concerning my experience today... I ordered the same thing I order every time. Egg, Sausage and Chz Croissant. I'm not sure if there head pieces are "Always" faulty but, they ask me to repeat every request (this happens often). Also, Today... I ordered my regular Croissant with a Maple Bacon Croissant. I was given two Maple Croissant and one of the Croissants was old. I told them they got my order wrong and the Croissant was old. They then gave me what I ordered but burned the top half of my Croissant nearly entirely. After 15-20 min I finally received my correct order. After everything that happened, I asked to speak to a Mgr while recording the incident and proof of the burnt product; as they kept trying to apologize for everything I've said here within. We were given a refund but that's not the point. I'm asking, can someone look into there Customer Service & Team Building Etiquette within there performance, for Myself and other Patron's experiences.

When I went this past Sunday after the remodel there was only 3 people working. I ordered the new s’mores cold brew…I was given something…but it wasn’t that. They didn’t even put the cold foam on. I waited for 12 minutes just to be waited on and I was the only person in the store. They were all frustrated and it was showing. I almost walked out while waiting because the girl behind the counter was banging things around out of frustration. It was a bit uncomfortable…idk if I’ll order again.

First time at this location. Limited interaction with staff but the barista at the drive through was very friendly. Iced coffee was good but the donuts were old and dry. I prefer Paxton Dr location.

Pictures like this is why I only order coffee from Dunkin. The one time I want donuts this is what happens. This location said it was GrubHub's fault that the donuts look like this. I doubt the donuts look like that behind the counter. That's what I get for ordering something besides coffee. Clown show.

Coffee is pretty much always good but food is always wrong. Like don’t give me the option to customize food if you’re just going to not even bother looking at it and give me the default sandwiches anyways. Do better please.
