You guys giving one star are cowards who don’t have the balls to say anything to an employee or owner and hide behind a keyboard. We are constantly short staffed, have shitty co-workers, hundreds of customers per day, and plenty of you idiots we have to deal with like the people giving one star.

Was going to try this location, but I’ll go to the one on Paxton Drive in Bethel Park. The Paxton staff member (nice girl) didn’t mind giving me a little time (and friendly courtesy) when I called in advance to see if the 50 munchkins I was ordering would be soft or totally hard. The girl not only understood, but offered some freshly made pumpkin munchkins of which South Park Rd Dunkin didn’t even have.

Everytime I stop at this Dunkin my order is wrong. I couldn’t leave today to come get it so I had DoorDash deliverer it and it was wrong. Missing items, bagels are wrong not toasted, no spread for them and missing my donut holes. Everyone should be retrained or fired and start new. Management is getting lazy there needs to fix the issues. I’ll just go to the one on Higby Drive. No issues there.Service should get a ZERO

I order a vanilla donut and a medium sized black coffee with cream and sugar and they got my order completely wrong, first they didn’t even give me a vanilla donut I don’t even know what type it was,second they gave me a large coffee. don’t recommend at all.

If you require handicap parking. I highly recommend you go somewhere else. Not only is the handicap parking here hard to access but because of the way the drive-through is set up there's a good chance you'll get stuck and not be able to get out. I'm not sure who designed the traffic pattern for this Dunkin. But I think they could get a refund on their degree though with what they did here.
I go to this Dunkin all the time and the service is great. I usually use the drive thru but every time I've gone in its nice and clean. The staff is also very sweet and understanding. I needed a drink remade 3 times today because if tasted off and they figured out it was a sugar pump issue and remade it till it was right and were apologetic and kind about needing to remake it. Highly recommend :)

When I visit this Dunkin' in the morning there is a lady there named Ms. Mary who works the Drive-Thru window. She is always very sweet, polite, and smiling. She always brightens my day when I visit this Dunkin' ..

Out of basically every donut at 9:15 AM. Waited in line for 10 minutes, didn’t see any donuts being made and numerous customers were disappointed. I’ll stick to other coffee shops in the future.The door is at the back of the building. Weird. The parking lot is confusing and I had to walk through the drive through to get to the door.
