Literally barely ever has donuts! I mean it’s a donut store, but you have about a 12-17% chance of them actually having donuts when you ask. Basically I think after they sell their first Dozen, they’re like we’re done. We’re out of this this and this. It’s so bad that my son who will turn 6 in March says “Daddy, go to other store they don’t have donuts” lol. Not making this up. They frequently tell us they “don’t have any”. Go see for yourself. Ask for a donut of any kind and I’m willing to bet they tell you they don’t have it. It’s pretty much a place to go and get a coffee. No donuts.

Got my first pup cup from my little guy he's 12 years old and hadn't had one yet. The employee was really nice at the window and didn't have any issues with my coffee

Morning customer in-store for donuts once a week. Really like the new floor plan with the donut display cases in the front. Makes interacting with staff easier. Nice staff. Plenty of parking. Drive thru very busy though in store usually has no line.

This 5 star is going to Kelly; she went above and beyond. My partner and I came here at 2:15pm, Kelly was on window and was so sweet I had to make it known! We appreciate you Kelly.

Got in drive thru with only 5 cars in front of me and 1 bar of gas left.. literally 30mins later (once in drive thru its not easy to back or pull out) I pull up to the window, where thr manager ignored me while taking the next drive thru order then proceeded to an in store oder and started grabbing them multiple dozen doughnuts, while the rest of the staff ignored me when passing the window. So now I've spent 30mins at the drive thru and an additional 8mins sitting at the window without even so much as a look my direction... so when he started grabbing the next dozen for the in store oder (I only ordered a chocolate milk and 2 doughnuts) I lightly knocked on the window to politely ask for my 2 doughnuts cause I was now worried about having enough gas to make it to a gas station, the manager snapped and came over unhinged screaming at me for kocking on the window and about how he was understaffed, I tried explaining how I was low on gas but he just kept screaming about how he was going to call the police because I knocked on the drive thru window while he was actively ignoring me... worst customer service I've ever had. Will not be coming back to this location. If corporate wants to deal with this manager, my service or lack of service was 05/03/2024 at 6:40-7:20am

Every time I go to dunkin donuts they never have the donut I ask for!! You are a business that specializes in donuts, yet you never have them made. It's not like I'm going to a donut shop asking for a steakhouse dinner! For goodness sake, I'm going to a donut shop asking for a donut.

Lucia, wow, such a lovely worker. Completely fills the standards of a Dunkin employee. So beautiful.

No Thanks

This corporation forced an employee to come in on their day off while they had covid. They do not at all care for their employees; they're only interested in profit. These greedy corporations need to he stopped.
