Ordered grilled stickies with ice cream, paid nine dollars for a scoop of vanilla and two pieces of bread. No smiley cookie in the take out order. Crazy to pay 19 dollars for a take out order that was grilled stickies and pretzel bites.

When I go to use the restroom of a restaurant, I expect certain things. Top of the list is clean working facilities, along with toilet paper and soap. I understand that these items do deplete especially toilet paper but when you have multiple rolls empty that says something else. I brought this to the attention of one of the workers and was advised this happens every Sunday morning the bathrooms run out of toilet paper. I was advised the manager is told the paper needs to be refilled as they have the key to unlock the dispenser and it doesn’t get done. So I go into the stall assuming my needs will be met but no. I need to hop from one stall to another to check if one has paper in it so I can finish my business- how embarrassing! As I exit the restroom I advised the elderly lady that the first stall was empty of paper, not sure of the 2nd stall but the handicap one has paper but it was low. The young mom with a child that was behind the lady thanked me for the warning… this bathroom issue is total inexcusable.

They were well prepared for the Mother's Day crowd. We eat there regularly as it is always clean, the staff is friendly and they keep their salad bar fresh and it's monitored to keep it well stocked.

I order pot roast, after waiting 45 min. The service brought me the plate it was embarrassing. It was a little scoop of meat and the bread covering it up. When I opened it up I was embarrassing. I went to get the waitress five minutes later. I showed her and she said oh I’m sorry. Do you want me to take it back? I told her no I will never take food back to the kitchen. Plus she forgot the toast that goes with it. She said let me get the manager never manager came to talk to me after 15 minutes to pay the bill went to the front desk to get the manager. I talked to manager. He was not bothered about it. He said did we take the food off your bill? I said yes, but that was not the point Porsche service poor management.

Haven't been to Eat n Park for a couple of years because they went down hill. I figured id give it another shot and yes still going down hill .I will not eat there again. As soon as I sat down I put my hands in maple syrup that wasn't wiped off the table. The orange juice tasted watered down and the food at the buffet was cold let alone you need to take 3 plates at a time because they're barely big enough to hold a spoon of scrambled eggs and a piece of toast. Very disappointed. Plenty of other places to go that have much better food and cheaper prices!

We went at 11 am on Saturday and the breakfast buffet was over and it was going to an hour for the salad bar to be set up. I ordered a veggie burger with a side salad and cottage cheese and it was perfectly fine. The meat omelet was terrible. Rubbery meat and cheap cheese. The waitress noticed it only had a few bites taken and insisted on telling her manager. He was very nice and I told him we would pay for it but he kindly removed it from the bill. Of course we will be back but only when the salad bar is ready.
The night that we came there was such a wait and luckily my nephews are patient 4- and 6-year-olds. They had so many tables open, but I guess not enough servers. When we finally got seated, they decided to open another section and gave our server Nick, that new section. So, he got seated 6 new tables at once! He handled everything like a champ and even took a few minutes when he found the time to personally talk to us get to know us better. I will certainly come in and personally ask for Nick next time. Nick's character, hard work, and professionalism is what makes him a great server.
