Food was well made, authentic and yummy, but frozen and not well reheated. Lost all it's texture due to this.

There are way better coffee places in the Pittsburgh area. I waited 20 minutes for ONE small latte.
I asked for DF milk which was a big up charge, but what was interested was being charged almost $2 extra dollars just for decaf espresso instead of regular. $9 on a small iced latte is insane. This is not NYC. In addition to that, I asked for SF syrup and 90% sure it was not SF ( I have a medical condition) I was so dissapointed, I threw my drink out before even getting to my car. I do not recommend this place at all.

$6 for 12 oz decaf latte, which was not even full. Skip this cafe for coffee and go to a better place with reasonable prices
Updates: Thanks for the explanation, I can see now that this business has pride in charging $6 for 2 shots of their unique decaf espresso and half cup of steamed milk. I wish the barista would let me know about how lucky I am so I can try to find some taste of your top quality ingredients. Such a unique place in town.
