I have tried to order from here 4 times over the past year and every single time something was wrong. First tome they completely forgot an order of 6 biscuits. Second they gave spicy chicken instead of normal
Third they gave the incorrect meal. And fourth just a few days ago they gave me the wrong side. Each time the receipts showed the proper order.

Without going into detail this place should be shut down. Absolutely filthy and the food is horrible. The woman behind the counter was great though.

THIS IS THE WORST KFC I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! THE DRIVE THRU GIRL WAS RUDE ROLLING HER EYES AT EVERYTHING I SAID THEN THE BOY GAVE ME RAW BISCUITS, THE WRONG CHICKEN REGULAR FRIES INSTEAD OF SEASONED AND FORGOT MY HONEY MUSTARD AND AN INCREDIBLE ATTITUDE!!!!!!!!! THEM ARGUED WITH ME THAT THE BISCUIT WERE COOKED FOR 16 MINUTES AS IT MELTED IN MY HAND LIKE HOT LAVA!! IF YOU WANT A MEAL DON'T GO HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ASK FOR. ps..they didn't even give me any napkins so I could wipe the hot lava biscuit off my hands!

THEY think 2 chicken strips ON a bun IS A chicken sandwich. THEY think plain WITH nothing ON the sandwich means 3 pickles an lots of mayo.

KFC is always good fried chicken. The chicken deals though I think are Tuesdays and Saturdays not daily. Portions for sides have drastically shrunk. They got these little cups now for sides like half of what they used to give. Everything is going up in price.

The attendant at drive-through was incredibly friendly.

Pleasant, quick and friendly service.

But upon driving home in 15 minutes away, open the bag to find out that I got someone else’s order.

I’ve been trying to call the store for the past half hour only to get a busy signal.

The food I got was great, but not what I ordered. I ordered a two piece original meal with mashed potatoes and mac & cheese, but received a snack bowl with mashed potatoes, corn and chicken.

Not what I paid for, so I still am upset, but I understand mistakes happen. But why is the phone off?

The last 3 time I ordered sandwiches they put tenders on the sandwich not an actual large piece of chicken that’s meant to be on the sandwich

Allie is the best, she is a star performer on the KFC team. I had a very large order and tried to do it in the app but had difficulty. So when I went into the store apologizing to her, she was totally positive the whole time, helping me with placing the order. Kudos to Allie!!

food was pretty yum but the real star was dana, our cashier. she’s so funny and kind and attentive. what a wonderful woman. we love you dana. (but do not get the yellow mtn dew.)

Pittsburgh Won’t Forget U Fisher Family

They missed packing an entire Bundt cake in my drive Thur ordered. Tried calling the store repeatedly to get my money back. They don’t answer their phone. Tried sending a complaint email online .. that wasn’t answered. Tried calling their 1-800 customer service number … DONT bother …. It’s in a foreign country … the connection is bad and the person on the other end barely speaks English …… very frustrating ….. I guess they want you to show up at the store so they can confront you and have more issues!!
I think this is a franchise ….. I guess I’ll try their corporate number.

Short changed me two biscuits. I live in Brookline and drive a full size SUV. Not burning $5 in gas to drive back and get $1 worth of food. I literally heard one employee confirm for the other who was packing my order the correct number of biscuits. I guess counting as high as six is too much to expect.

Came to the drive through tried to order 10 piece saucy nuggets. Was told they we're out and it would take time to cook then so I told the lady I would leave go handle a few things and come back. I came back 20 minutes later and was given the same excuse that they were out and that they were frozen and she wouldn't know how long until they would have more. This is at 7:30 PM and they Don't close until 10 PM.
