The waiter Kay was amazing. Excellent service. However the building smelled like literal poop. It was terrible. I cannot fathom why management would let their workers deal with that also let customers eat there. They deserve hazard pay. Olive Garden should be ashamed

Really a quite incredible restaurant! Came here with my grandmother. It was extremely quiet and formal. Very easy to make conversation. Our server was very kind to us, and making sure all of our food was always quality and refilling drinks. Soup and salad served as appetizers were delicious, as well as our entrees. I, personally, recommend the Shrimp Carbonara(Spaghetti in a creamy sauce topped with shrimp.) Overall a great place to eat out if you are in a smaller group and do not have kids with you.

We had a to-go order of chicken alfredo and did not supply enough sauce. Had to use it very sparingly.
We were here for Father's Day and a birthday. We arrived at 5pm, and we didn't have to wait. It is so pretty inside with the high ceilings. The food was wonderful, and our server was very observant even with all of her other tables. Our teas never ran out.

Miss Lauren was our server!!!! (beautiful blonde woman) . She was amazing. She really, really reminds you of what good sevice means. The food was well cooked on time and all of the staff had a good attitude they had no problem being accommodating. I didn't notice a manager. When I asked for them it was to give a compliment. They said that they were in the kitchen they were gonna go get them, I said not to worry about it so I took the time to write this instead. I was well pleased to see that even without a heavy manager presence they handled themselves like God is watching. I'd be proud of my staff. We are quiet a diverse table from neuro divergent to allergic. Miss Lauren held it down!! First time at this location I'll be returning.

I never leave reviews, but I had to after this experience. Everything was ok, except for our server Lily. She couldn't bring herself to be presentable. There was no customer service from her. While I can understand not wanting to wait tables, then change jobs. I didn't want to switch servers or complain because I didn't want to get her in trouble, however I would've risked that and even my food being targeted by her after this experience. Rudeness and eye rolls from someone who doesn't want to be there is one thing. Foul language and gossip is another. We ordered another round and it never came. We wanted to order desert, but it was never offered, and with the experience we had, we were not going to push it. By the end of the experience, we heard her speak ill of one male and 2 female (coworkers?), watched her itch her nose at the table. I left 3/4 of my dish as a result of finding a curly black hair in it, which I presume to be hers. I told her about it, she took it away and offered no solution despite my apologizing to her for complaining. We will not be back. She isn't worth possibly having again. I'm sorry, but she was too much. The table behind us agreed. When asking another server about this, it was suggested to us that we look at her socials media profiles that serve as her venting grounds for co-worker and management relationships. While I have no interest in that, it says a lot.
Kid-friendliness: Yes, to a degree, it is.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they have these accommodations.

It is a nice place but the manicotti with meat sauce was a salt lick. I will go again but get something different.

First off I don’t know who owns this chain but it is Terrible! . Went to order appetizers and were told the fryer was down, not only couldn’t they make mozzarella sticks, but they could not make my chicken parmesan. Waiter would bring 2 bread sticks at a time. Salad was horrible had almost a whole onion in it, no dressing what so ever. Very disappointed, I will never go to the location again! I have never had a bad experience at an Olive Garden ever, this was the first time!
