Atmosphere was not applicable. We picked up our order. Pic #1 is what they advertise. Pic #2 is what you get. I paid for added avocado and got none. No wonder people are upset. We rarely ever get what we pay for. How is this not fraud?

My friend and I ordered the blueberry lavender lemonade and citrus punch, and both of them had very distinct flavors of alcohol, one worse than the other. It was actually so disgusting I couldn’t even stomach more than 2 sips. The meal itself was fine, but the drinks were absolutely horrid. I can’t even fathom how they ended up tasting so revolting. I hope they didn’t mix it with products from the Fine Wine and Good Spirits next door and end up serving alcohol to minors.

Purchased a bowl of onion soup, Extremely disappointed. Almost $9 and the bowl was a bit over half full! Manager “Belinda” refused to honor my buy one get one for $5 coupon which does not expire until 10/31/. She told me that it had to be used for a mobile order! NO WHERE in the fine print does it say that! I hope Panera is one of the places that is punished by the government for price gouging. Tried to order butter with the baguette, told by cashier to ask when I picked up soup, I did, was given butter but no knife, then had to walk up front to request a knife. Very poor service and feel very ripped off.

Go here often for ice tea and breakfast. The staff is great! Always friendly. I have a very restricted diet. They are always willing to make my items to fit my diet!!

My bf placed the order at the wrong store I guess and, who I assume is the manager, said they'd still make it for me and he called the other store to let them know. 10/10 customer service. Most places probably would've made me go to that store.
