Chicken is good, papadias are regrettable (I suspect that's true across the franchise) and I've had both good and bad pizza here. Great when it actually has toppings, but they're often forgotten or patchy. Earlier this week had a small pizza with a three inch crust (for reference, a third of the pizza was undressed crust), and the one later in the week had dry patches with no sauce. If I wanted bread sticks I would have ordered them. It's a toss up, just check your food before leaving.

I pre-ordered (for a later time) 2 large pizza's both with extra cheese, sausage and pepperoni for 4pm on a Friday night. I arrived early and the pizza was done, as well as very hot. It was clearly very slow at this time as I had seen a half a dozen employees standing around doing nothing. I get home and open the box and immediately think that the pizza barely has any cheese and very few toppings. At first taste it seemed like it had been reheated, like they cooked it at noon when I ordered it for a later time. Everything was extremely dry and had an all around left over pizza taste. Between the reheated pizza taste, lack of cheese and the lack of toppings I would recommend staying as far away from this pizza as possible..... Last time I ate Papa johns was a few years ago at this same location and the pizza wasn't much better but I figured I would give it another try. This location (under new owners) seems to have gotten worse. Do yourself a favor and don't order from here. Demand better and vote with your dollar!

The new Pappa John's in Bethel Park has went downhill since "Pappa John" left the franchise. The quality, the taste of the food has changed. The prices fluctuate. The staff barely speaks understood English.

Store was nice and clean, so for a take out restaurant I give it 5 stars. Service was friendly and very good. The pizza was tasty but not enough sauce, which made it alittle dry. Overall I would go again but will remember to ask for more sauce.

My credit card order was not processed and the driver from DoorDash arrived wanting cash. The store manager was not helpful and rude. There was no way for the store to collect a CC payment after it leaves the store. The manager continued to yell at me telling me that I "must pay cash" or I am a thief. Order was cancelled. Love the pizza. Just not this store.

Their Cool Ranch Dorito dipping sauce barely have any sauce in the cups at all. I've actually gotten ones that were basically empty.

Better ingredients, better pizza? Would have been nice if my pizza actually came with all the ingredients I paid for. Two of the slices didn't have any toppings at all and the others slices were quite conservative with theirs. The pizza was about as thin as construction paper and some areas had sauce, others didnt. Admittedly the areas with sauce and toppings all together actually was quite tasty.

Ordered a medium cheese pizza, it was absolutely the worst pizza I ever had. Well over cooked if you can believe that. How do you over cook a pizza in a conveyor oven, they manage. This place needs help ?

Bethel Park Papa johns have gone so down hill! Service is terrible! Delivery is terrible. I feel they take advantage of you....Ever since covid, you have to order and pay online which includes tip online. I tip 15% to 20% and get terrible service every time!. Beyond terrible. I live less than 1/2 mile from the store...they send text they are on the way but takes over 30 minutes to get the food to you! Where they going? Everywhere but my house?!...Because I live so close - I am last v first--instead of being direct or almost first...I am the last stop and on the way BACK to the store! They drive all over Bethel.Park delivering and then hit me up on their way back to the store....GREAT! Cold pizza! Y have the tracker? They send text saying they on the way..but they are really not!!! They are going to deliver pizza everywhere else/every other order! Wow! Bad service for what you think is convenient pizza. Papa John's is not all that...I order it because it is online and close to my house...but I can order somewhere else farther away...and it will still take 60 minutes!Lately each order is over one hour from order to delivery, but they text you saying..on way..and it is another 30 minutes? Crazy! Cold pizza....if you are that behind or only one driver on a Monday night at 10p. let me know, I will come get it. And have hot pizza in 5 minutes v. your 30 minutes and cold pizza!
