This Starbucks drive-thru location is always a pleasure to visit in the afternoons and evenings. The store is consistently clean and well-kept, even during the busy after-school and evening hours. The team runs efficiently, keeping the drive-thru moving smoothly without ever making customers feel rushed. The energy is upbeat and welcoming, which makes grabbing a late-day coffee or snack a genuinely enjoyable experience.
The service is consistently friendly, and the store feels well cared for from front to back. A big part of that success comes from the night shift manager Greyson’s leadership. He supports his team with calm, steady guidance and always seems to be one step ahead—whether it's jumping in to help during a rush or making sure the store stays spotless. His kindness and professionalism show in every interaction, and he makes an effort to connect with customers, even during busy hours. Paige, Wendy, Olivia, Katie, Ally, Nico, Phoebe, all of you are rockstars. You guys are the highlight of my week!

I don’t think I have ever seen a Starbucks so busy in such a relaxed and laid back fashion. No urgency whatsoever. People waiting 20 minutes for a drink and they’re all chatting with one another and hanging out. I was actually shocked.

This might not be your typical Starbucks, as it seems the drive-thru is the main driver of their business. Three stars because I walked in, only to find my selection was very limited due to the staff constantly working to fulfill the drive thru patrons' orders. While the counter service person was very friendly, I was told I have a limited coffee selection to choose from because the drive thru service was driving their demand, not orders taken from the counter.

Everything is always amazing! The staff is the best and our coffee is always perfect!
I’ve given this place several chances, but the coffee is never made as ordered. The morning staff and managers don’t seem to care that they can’t get it right. What’s worse is that when you politely point out the mistake, they argue with you about it. For a coffee drink that costs $9.63, this kind of service is completely unacceptable. If I’m willing to pay that much for a coffee, the least you can do is make it correctly, without the attitude. A bit of appreciation would go a long way, considering we’re spending our money at your store and helping to keep you employed. It’s not asking for much—just get the order right, show some respect, and maybe even smile once in a while.

I ordered a grande frozen drink. I received a tall in a grande cup with a bit of cool whip on the bottom to make it appear more. I don’t need cool whip on top and bottom. Ordered this drink many times and never had this. Did seem right for when I was charge almost $7; I at least expected to get what I paid. Seems scammy.
