I go probably once every week to every other week. Is the first time I've been to this one was disappointed at the amount of meat they gave me in the steak sandwich. And on top of that I couldn't use the buy any footlong for $6.99 in the app at that particular location so I ended up having to pay a little over $2 more. If I can order it through the app every location regardless you accept that. If I wasn't in a hurry I probably would have just left even though he's already made the sandwich.

This is the third time I've had an online order of one sandwich be messed up at this location.. It says toasted in all caps at the bottom of the list of things that go on the sandwich 😭 also forgot mayo

If you post your hours to close at 7:30pm on Saturdays, then your door shouldn’t be locked at 7:15 with your employees hiding in the back. Went somewhere else and drove past this store only to see the kid mopping the floor….so someone was there. Terrible customer service.
This location charges way more than other subways don't except subway coupons , stay away , shady business! Dirty inside. Why would you not.except coupons. Let me guess who owns this franchise?? Probably don't pay taxes either? When will we residents learn not.to go here! Come on January 20th!
RUDE AND FILTHY
Came in at 3:00pm on November 12th, 2025. Was met with a rude dismissive employee. No eye contact, no smile, and sounded annoyed with every question I was asked about what toppings etc. pissed me off but whatever, people have bad days. I let it go.
Until he shortly asked me what dressing I wanted. I tell him. He picks up the mayo and drops it on the floor. HE THEN PICKS IT UP ANS CONTINUES TO OUT IT ON MY SANDWHICH.
I say, “you just dropped that on the floor…”
He says “it was just the outside of the bottle”
I say I’m canceling my order and to have a great day.
His last words “thanks…just made my lunch.”
I’ve given up on eating out officially. Will never come back.
$18 footlong meal? Fine
Rude and impatient staff? Fine
Serving me food you drop on the floor right in front of me? Not Fine
The owner makes the subs his way and gets upset when you correct him that and is talking about me in a foreign language.

I walked in at 9:26 and the girl said they weren't open yet. I asked what time they open and she said "uh I'm supposed to open at 10". I walk outside and their sign says 9:30! Then I look online and it also said 9:30. I realize I walked in 4 minutes early. But she said 10? Don't get why subway would ever have a delayed opening and I've been there at 930 on a Saturday before. The dude there is always awesome but why the heck did this girl have a delayed opening
