Extremely disappointed with my takeout order today. Placed at 4pm, website said 4:24 pickup. Cool! Get to the restaurant and they tell me to wait by the kitchen as they’re still working on my order apparently. For the next 20+ mins I’m standing around waiting for them to tell me my food is done. Keep in mind, barely ANYBODY else was in the restaurant and they had no other active orders on their kitchen screen. Instead of finishing my order, multiple employees were standing around, yelling, on their phones while my order sat on the counter (not even in the heat CVAP!). After 15 minutes a kind server checked on my order and got the last two sides that was needed. Turns out once I got home, MY ENTIRE ORDER IS COLD except for the two sides the server got me. Plus, my burger is burnt and well done when I ordered medium. What the actual heck, yall? This is ridiculous. Shouldn’t have had to pay $60 for cold food and a burnt burger. Won’t be eating at ANY TGIFriday location EVER AGAIN.

We stopped by today for a quick lunch bite and found it odd the restaurant was nearly empty except for the bar on what was an insanely busy Saturday everywhere else. We unfortunately found out why. The server, to her credit, was incredibly nice and attentive but despite being one of four tables in the place, the food took nearly an hour to come out.
The food in question was a grilled chicken salad and a Philly cheese steak. I mentioned I had a seafood allergy so I couldn't order any of their fried foods as their menu had a ton of fried fish and shellfish, but it was clear the kitchen didn't read the ticket until after they had plated it, as a fry was under my sandwich and half the plate had bits of fried starch, salt, and pepper on it. The grilled chicken for the salad was completely burned, dry, and inedible.
The manager on duty was kind and apologetic and comped the bill, but clearly her staff aren't getting paid enough to care. I miss when Fridays was decent, but it's clear it's yet another chain ruined by corporate greed.
Don't eat here.

I'm not certain how this place is still in business. I ordered dinner through UberEats at 4:30pm and it didn't arrive until 6:30. We ordered the whiskey burger and whiskey chicken sandwich. We asked for no pickles on both. They both came with pickles but we're missing cheese, whiskey sauce, crispy onions, and mayo. Everything was cold. We tried to call to get the situation fixed and nobody would answer the phone. This is the poorest excuse for a restaurant and should be closed. TGI Fridays should just give up in general.

Was so excited to find a fridays still open...was so mad when I ordered an al pastor chicken bowl...couldn't eat the rubber chicken let alone get past the fake smoke flavor....the rice was obviously heated in the microwave and was a complete glued blob...I get it now why there are no Fridays left...our server also had zero clues what he was doing and I had to order the one of the 2 beer left on tap

Worst service ever. Food was either raw or not what was ordered. Would like my money back and whoever answered the phone to do my job for a day.

Would give this location 0 stars if I could. Ordered electronically for curbside pickup. Arrived at time ordered was expected to be ready and pulled into marked curbside spot and clicked “im here” as instructed. After patiently waiting 20 minutes I called the phone number on the sign twice only for it to ring without answer. I then proceeded into the restaurant to pick up my food - no hostess at front for five minutes. Told to go to kitchen to pick up where there were 3 staff members simply standing around. Got home and my broccoli, rice and salmon dish was only salmon and rice, no side of broccoli as ordered for $21. Tried calling restaurant 4 times to talk to manager - was hung up on once and other 3 times there was no answer after letting ring for several minutes. Absolutely awful.

Going out to eat should be a positive experience… and today was anything but that.
We ordered the new Thai Mango Salad and Candied Pecan Chicken Bowl. We also ordered two apps.
After a longer than usual wait, with a nearly empty restaurant, the apps finally arrived at the table. The mozzarella sticks were hot but everything else from there went down hill and quickly.
After 25-30 mins later, The salads come to the table…
The Thai Mango salad was missing the grilled chicken that was ordered as a protein. It was also missing carrots and pecans (per the menu).
The Candied Pecan salad was SALTY. Crystals of SALT (everywhere) which isn’t on the menu and the grilled chicken breast was dry and cold.
We informed the server who was happy to bring the manager over to our table. The (general) manager arrives to the table and doesn’t introduce himself. I had to ask his name. He said his name and then said, “What seems to be the problem.”
When proceeding to explain what was wrong, he got defensive and questioned us on what we ordered instead of offering to fix the salads. Then explained recipes or steps of each dish. He told us he would remove these items from our bill, instead of trying to fix or recreate the salads. He also removed the apps from bill.
The sever brought the $0.00 bill to the table. We asked to have a penny charged so that we can tip our server. The server then told us how bad the kitchen was and that “half the restaurant was on drugs” and was looking for a new job even though she just started a few days ago. You don’t say that to anybody!
We called the restaurant to obtain the number for corporate. The gentleman on the phone proceeded to say he was the general manager. He asked how he can help. We reminded him of the situation. He proceeded to get defensive over the phone, explaining that he comped the bill “what more did you want me to do?” After summarizing the experience and no formal apology occurred, he said, “thank you sir” and hung up.
Overall, service/professionalism/food quality/guest recovery was an absolute disaster! Will never return to this or any location to follow. Under this leadership, I can see why this place is never busy or people want to attend this establishment to enjoy themselves.
Parking: Plenty of parking… trust me. That should be a sign.

My order was wrong. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with slaw instead of fries. It came with fries, not the slaw. Both my burger and my husband's burger were about the size of a slider, not a full size burger but the buns were full size never ordering from Fridays again. It was a Door dash order.
