Very good! One time I locked my keys in my car and had to wate a couple of hours for assistantce to show up and they didn't complain about me taking up a table till till help arrived!

This has to be the worst Wendy’s in the state and it’s definitely in the running for worst overall in the franchise. Drive through moves at a glacial pace, orders are screwed up every time we visit, which isn’t often, and they randomly close early or in the middle of shifts. Bethel park has so few fast food locations it’s horrible that most of them aren’t even much better than this one. Last time we went the bun on my sons jr bacon cheeseburger felt like a rock, it was stale as hell and inedible. Avoid this and drive down the street to somewhere else. If you’re from the area and it’s late you know the only other place is just north on 88 and their food is just better.

In the past, this Wendy’s has been rather slow in terms of the drive through almost everytime I have visited this establishment. Today, I was in and out in under 5 minutes and the drive through worker was so pleasant and kind. I really appreciate the improvement and in result great service.

Rude staff and probably the slowest Wendy's I've ever been to. I've worked in fast food, there's no reason someone should be sitting in a drive through with one other car and no one in a restaurant for fifteen minutes and still not even get an order taken. There literally weren't even other cars in the parking lot, and that's pretty much the norm at this one, just avoid it completely.

Asked for an egregious amount of pickles and the amount was gleefully given. I've never had so many pickles on one sandwich. 10/10

NEVER gets their orders right. Food is always cold. Lots of items missing from orders. Employees stare at women and children. Just overall a terrible Wendy's. Holy crap

This is kind of going off the other issue of short staffing at this location and that being a serious problem. I stopped today, a Thursday morning at about 0740hrs, to pick up my mobile order on my way home from work. Both the app and Google say that the location opens at 0630hrs but when I pulled up to the drive-thru I was told that they don't open until 0800hrs. I informed the woman who spoke to me that they're app said differently. She was very pleasant as she informed me of the opening time, but you could tell she was tired or stressed or something. My guess is that her opening staff called out and she didn't have the staff to fully open for breakfast rush until 0800hrs.

How short staffed does a location need to be to not have anyone aside from one person (presumptively... and most likely the manager at that) show up for what should be a rush? I honestly just felt bad for the woman being put in the position where she has to tell everyone rolling up to the drive thru that they aren't open, because they CAN'T be open.

If I hadn't already placed my order on the app and didn't want to go through the hassle of canceling, or was more pressed on time, I would've just left, but I just waited in the lot until they opened. Unfortunately, others that pulled up were with DoorDash and I was hearing them turned away. Not as easy for the people who ordered delivery through them to cancel but they're just going to have unexplained long waits for their food (taking almost an hour if the orders weren't canceled by the Dashers).

Like the other reviewer said, this location could use some help and extra attention. I've never had a problem with the food. But the fact that it's always the same 3 people I see working (no matter what time of day) shows that there could be a staffing problem, which is leading to other issues. If the store needs to amend its hours, then it needs to post the amended hours. I feel bad for their workers who are probably stressed af.

It’s almost comical here. It took almost 30 minutes at the drive through to get a single burger, which ended up being wrong. Where is corporate or the franchise owner of this store?

The food is never the problem. Last night I pull into the drive thru and wait probably 5 minutes before i’m up to order, but then i have to wait another 5 minutes before anyone even asks what i want. That wasn’t the problem though. When i go to order my two frostys this worker tells me in a very rude tone that they aren’t serving frostys right now. Obviously at that point im pretty annoyed but who cares the worker is probably just having a bad day so i just went to mcdonald’s and got a mcflurry. But thats not the end. Tonight my girlfriend and my sister wanted me to order them doordash because im out of town and they want frostys. So, I hop on doordash and order two frostys. 10 minutes goes by and i go to check the status of my order and my dasher tells me that the workers won’t make the frosty because they are about to close. I placed this order at 10pm. WENDYS DOESNT CLOSE TIL 12AM. At this point i’m just so annoyed and just want my money back and want to get to bed. Well guess what. THAT DOESNT HAPPEN FOR ANOTHER HOUR. I can’t cancel my order because the dasher was already waiting for it at the store and i had to message the dasher multiple times before the dasher ended up just leaving and a new dasher came and finally cancelled the order and i got refunded. This took about an hour. I am very disappointed Wendy’s. Do Better.
