Went on March 12, 2024 about 5:30 pm. Drive through line was around the building, so we parked and tried to go in. Door closest to Route 88 was locked. Drove around to get in line, and saw people sitting inside, so we parked again on the other side of the building. Door also locked and the girl at the counter inside mouthing "We are Closed". Website says the dining room is open until 10:00 pm. So back into the drive through line. I really wanted a frosty and my wife wanted a baked potato with our meals. We ordered and my wife ordered the potato last. We heard, "Uh, actually, we are out of baked potatoes". At 5:45 pm, during the dinner rush!! There is a Giant Eagle less than 200 yards from the store and they have a huge selection of baking potatoes. Fries were good but the rest of the food was marginal.A large frosty comes in a cup that used to be a small. The owner of this franchise needs to work in their own store and bring their standards up. Wendy's Corporate needs to do their own inspections as well and hold franchisees accountable. Very disappointing and will not be back.

After sitting in line at the drive thru for over twenty minutes, I got home and realized they only gave me one patty on my pretzel Baconator, and they put ketchup and mayo on it after I specifically told them not to. I'll never be going back.

Currently Wendy's has a deal on the app....Dave's Single for $1. Sounds great but Wayne the Manger says the apps don't work for his store. Or in other words....Wayne refuses to honor the deals on the app. I will be calling corporate. Stay away from this Wendy's...and hopefully ol' Wayne will land on his feet after he's fired......again.

We ordered a baconator and a taco salad. We left and I checked the bag but no baconator. So we had to go back. Also the chili lid was not properly shut. Because it leaked all over our car. So I had a taco salad without chili. No one there is really checking the orders. We are so done with Wendy's and we'll never go back. Such poor service.

Got food poisoning from old spicy nuggets. Projectile vomiting for 2 days straight. I used to work at this location and other pittsburgh locations and the management doesn’t even get Serv Safe certifications they have someone else take the test for the management staff and so management knows nothing about proper food preparations or temperature(I know because they did it for me). They get notified when inspectors are coming and hurry up and clean the disgusting store and only allow certain staff to work that day who get a quick review of dos and don’ts when the inspector is there. Do not eat here or any wendys in the pittsburgh area, they all operate the same. Black goo in frosty machines, mold in fountain drink dispensers, the list goes on. They need a surprised pop up visit by the health inspectors so they can do better. I don’t blame the management in the store either because it all starts with the district, area, and regional managers that let/make this happen. I ate here because I knew that there was new management but their culture and practices are still the same clearly. #Wendysexposed

I mobile ordered ahead, and when I got there, the dining room was locked and the girl washing trays on the register counter wouldn't open the door. The drive through line was clear out to the road, and I had to wait in it for almost another half hour to be told they never made my food and if i didnt like it to go eat somewhere else. Dude said his name was Mike. They also would not answer the phone after repeated attempts to call while waiting outside. This was at 6pm, not some unreasonable time. Ridiculous. If you own this place, you need to fix your staff...
