J & S Pizza II And Italian Restaurant

This was honestly the worst pizza experience we’ve had. The veggie pizza itself was terrible — the base was hard as a rock, there was no seasoning, and it even gave me a stomach ache. We ordered a large pizza but ended up throwing half of it away.

The service and pricing made things even worse:
• Their Google menu says free delivery on $15+. Our pizza was $20, but over the phone they demanded $27 with a $5 “delivery charge.” When we pointed out the free delivery, the lady at the counter admitted she knew about it but insisted “$5 is for all orders. If you want you can pick up.”
• So my husband went to pick up. Instead of $20, they charged $22 plus tax.
• After he paid, they suddenly claimed there’s an extra charge for paying by card — not itemized on the bill, just inflated. Final cost: $23.50 for a $20 pizza.

In the end, the food was inedible, the pricing was misleading, and the service was unprofessional. We will never order from here again.

Had wings and chess pizza was amzing and feresh price is very resonable honestly best pizza and wings I ever had. The place is super clean and staff are awesome. I well definetly be back when ever I am around the area.

The pizza and all the food here is delicious, it’s all very fresh, hot and better than most! They even offer some big truck parking! Highly recommend !

Ordered the a chorizo taco, a beef taco, an empanada, slice of cheese pizza, tuna sub, and a tuna sub. Very good. The empire was soooo good. We will be back! The prices were so fair.

My husband is a truck driver and I ride with him. We stop here every chance we get. We’ve had pizza, shrimp Alfredo, spaghetti, and side salad. All have been superb. Entrees are served with bread. Very friendly family.

This is no Italian restaurant. I’m not here to bash this place. But I was staying in the area with my family and we just wanted to grab food on the way home from a long day. Picked this place as it was on the way back and had 4.5 stars. This is a truck stop place across from an “adult store”. This isn’t your family Italian restaurant and pizza place. And the food was barely edible. The inside was truck stop presentable. Man……

Ps if ya want a serious laugh dive into the reviews on midway adult world that is across the street.

After 4 years of stopping here, I must say it's always a pleasure. Usually get slices but today Italian sub hit the spot. Chocolate chip cookies, chocolate cake, and banana bread is something I try to buy for dessert if available. Get tired of Love's and the regular truck stops so this is a nice spot to relax. Thanks!
