My husband and I had a great experience Saturday night. The service was friendly and prompt. We were made to feel welcomed and that they really cared about providing a good experience. The food was really fresh. Everything tasted homemade and wonderful. I had the ribeye and my husband had the french onion soup (he said it was amazing) and the scallops. Everything was delicious. We shared the carrot cake for dessert and it was easily the best we have ever had. We will definitely come back. I live in the Philadelphia area and am accustomed to great restaurants. The food and service here was excellent and the prices make Christine's Creekside Inn a fantastic value.

Our server was wonderful. She couldn't have been nicer. The young man hosting as well. My salad was good. However the stuffed flounder was bland. The home fries were not good. My husbands steak was okay. Reasonable pricing.

I was extremely excited to try out this place that's about 5 minutes from my new house. It pains me to write this review because I almost never give negative ones but the service I got at this place as first time customer was just inexcusable. The staff must have been extremely upset about something (no idea what) because the atmosphere was tense and awkward from my first interaction with the bartender. I ordered a bottled beer and she slammed the cup down in front of me, which I didnt think any of (typically they offer to pour but I have no issue pouring my own) but it just kept getting worse. The bartender "left" and another woman got us refills. My wife ordered a dirty martini again. The 2nd bartender made her a new one with literally 50% of the liquid as the first bartender made, 50% less alcohol AND olive juice. My wife wanted to say something but I stopped her, because I could tell something that wasn't our fault was going on. After this our wings finally came out (Teriyaki) and I was astonished that 4 of the wings were just straight up missing 50% of the meat. I do not care one bit if you get a weird wing or two...happens all the time...but 1/3rd of the wings should not be missing 50% of the meat off them, that's just wild that someone looked at it said "That's okay". To top that off, they just tasted awful, which again, is not something I'd ever complain about but when we didnt even eat 2 of the wings the original bartender we had at first came back and just slammed the check down, didnt even ask us a single question about how it was or if we were satisfied. I really had to hold myself back from going off at that point because its such a small place and I really didn't want to ruin anyone's time who might be having even a shred of fun in that place.

Needless to say I wont ever be going back here again. I don't want to be dramatic and say it "ruined" my evening because it didn't, but this experience is so far out of the norm for what I experience at local eateries all around, I just couldn't not say something about it. This happened on Friday Sept 27th so I waited a few days to write this with a clear mind.

Great food and service but they could update their chairs. Kind of wobbly and other patrons looked like they might be afraid of breaking the seats. Otherwise, it's a very nice place to dine.

Food was very disappointing. Scallops were over done, vegetables were over cooked as well. Food was bland with no flavor. Waitress was ok at best and they kept doing some type of pounding while people were eating. I also counted 10 times that we were offered water which was annoying. We will not be going back

The food was delicious! Our server was outgoing, but the only server. We waited some, which was okay. We were not in a hurry. We recommend the Schnitzel!!

We had a wonderful time! Love the daily martini special! Menu has great options, like of PA meets Italy. Plenty of steak and seafood. Homemade rolls served warm - yum! Homemade blue cheese dressing - yum! Service was super friendly and top notch.

Had meal DoorDash. Veal piccata was ok, but why wouldYou serve it with pasta with red sauce and not plain so you could have the piccata over it? And dessert was the worst part. Worst tiramisu I’ve ever had. Bitter and didn’t even look like tiramisu . Probably won’t order or eat there again.
