This place is one I will definitely go back to. Between the lovely atmosphere, great coffee, awesome customer service, and the vibe it is an overall amazing experience. I would recommend this to anyone going out with friends or just want a place to work in a calming atmosphere. Everyone is polite and generous and food is amazing. If you are in the area and need a place to stop I would recommend this as a must have place to stop at.
I absolutely adore their coffee and breakfast sandwiches, but today they completely caught me off guard. By mistake, I placed my order at the wrong spot. I felt quite let down by my own mistake, so I quickly reordered at the right location. Then, around 15 minutes later, I got a message saying they had refunded my initial order. Huge thanks to Reading Coffee Company. I was close to skipping breakfast due to my frustration, but thankfully goodness prevailed. See ya next Tuesday...
Tara helped us pick coffee beans today and she was amazing! Super helpful, super kind - perfect customer service experience! And the beans are fantastic! We have tried a variety of their beans in the past and all have been great. We take RCC beans back to Germany to bring this wonderful taste of Pennsylvania home with us <3
