Unbelievably Good Experience!!!!I would first like to say the management really needs to be proud of Aubrey, she’s spectacular and did a phenomenal job for Our table, she really deserves a “Job Well Done” and a round of applause from management for not just meeting, but for far exceeding expectationsThe food was spectacular, I was really worried with the 4.1 Star reviews, I would never normally visit a place with less than 4.5 which Most fast food restaurants hover around so anything above that is usually a pretty solid bar to set, But speaking of solid bars to set, This place was an unbelievably good gem for us, it was raining and we were staying next door, we just got in from Lancaster and really didn’t want to drive anywhere else, the wings were Great, the Italian Hoagie was Phenomenal, the Cheesesteak was so super rich and juicy, I Loooooooooooooooved the ranch chips, I even got an extra order to go after we were done eating because I couldn’t not have them again and ended up eating half of them between there and the hotel next door they were so good,We are both so super impressed and every single thing came to the table perfectly done, between Aubrey and the Fine work of the kitchen not one single ounce of anything was missed and we even said it was so good we could come back tomorrow and I may very well pop in for another round of chips to go before we drive back across the state because they are so unbelievably good!!!!Loved it and have every reason to believe you will too!!!!Thanks Aubrey for Being such a super Fabulous Server, We really appreciated all your Hard work and Kindess!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!

The food was terrible. The southwest chicken spring rolls, chicken in the buffalo chicken wrap and French fries all tasted the same...awful. I think they need to change the grease in their deep fryer. There was little to no cheese in the buffalo chicken wrap and it had very little sauce. The server was the best part of the experience.

First and last time here. Takeout and the food smelled bad when I put it in the car. “Uncle Cody’s” pizza wasn’t good. Meat was extremely salty. Chicken tenders were soggy and the sauce wasn’t good. Forgot my ranch as well. Only thing I can say, French fries were good. That’s impossible to mess up

The Grille catered our after golf dinner buffet for (40) guests on the patio. All of the items we pre-selected from their new menu was fresh and really good. The staff at the Spike Bar made this a very enjoyable experience for everyone. Management is well committed to overcoming challenges and satisfying the best interests of their guests during unprecedented times. 5 stars.

Wednesday dinner (7/13/22) with family of six. Substandard food. Of the six, three had the whiskey burger. Pulled pork was definitely reheated in a microwave...for too long. Burgers were ordered at med-rare, but were dry hockey pucks. Pork - Hard pieces, dry, greasy. Three from our party had belly problems that same night. Would not recommend.On the other hand, the two servers were great, very attentive.

My friend and I just sat for 15 minutes on the outside deck after golfing and not one person waited on us. I understand being short staffed but when workers walk past you multiple times and don't even ask if your taken care of, then it's not about staffing, it's about poor service. Business must be great to just let customers sit there and decide to leave. I drove over to the Villa and had my drink and food order within 10 minutes. I guess the new owner is running things the same as the old ones did.

My husband and I went to a concert here once and the venue inside was wow! I mean wow! Very beautiful. They served some light food and refreshments that were great. The service was fantastic. It was a great turn out that night and I didn't hear any complaints. They have a good stage set up and the band that was playing could be heard everywhere with no problems it was truly a fun night ! I can't review on the hotel side of the resort because we live in town so we didn't need to stay there that night. But I haven't heard of any bad complaints. And you'll always see a lot of cars in the lots when driving by I always say that it's a good indicator the place is good there's a restaurant there that has a good burger! Some friends of mine did mention the spa day they went to get their nails done wasn't the greatest experience but not the worst I've personally never been because I keep forgetting they have one so maybe if they still have it they should put out a special spa event once in a while for us ladies to spike more interest and let us know they're there. Since our visit that night the resort has been sold and has new owners now so we really should go some time to see if it what anything has changed.
On Saturday, February 12, 2022 we held our daughter’s wedding ceremony and reception at Chestnut Ridge and it was absolutely beautiful,attention was paid to every detail. The food was excellent and the staff was eager to assist us with anything we needed. Amy workman went above and beyond to make my daughter’s special day practically flawless. She was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. We had nothing but compliments from our guests about everything! Thank you Amy for making my daughter’s wedding day spectacular! I highly recommend Chestnut Ridge for weddings or any for any special occasion, you won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I got married at Chestnut Ridge a few weeks ago the entire day was absolutely beyond anything we had envisioned. Our ceremony was under the outside pavilion and our reception in the ballroom. The venue is breathtaking. The service is spectacular and the food was excellent!
