Came into the store The bathroom line was all the way through the dining room both men and women's restroom over with a drinks are it is a mess A hair came up through my son's straw from his milkshake that is disgusting... This place is horrible.. Spent over $50 got cold food I wanted a regular hamburger they gave me a plain burger with nothing on it No pickles no ketchup nothing

Every time I order food from this place, there’s always atleast two sandwiches done wrong. Before we got the most expensive item on the menu and asked for light mayo. It was DROWNING in mayonnaise. Absolutely DISGUSTING. And then again on another sandwich. DROWNING in onions. Inedible Fr. Let’s go for the fact that when I’m in the drive thru too, the girls are always so snarky. Fix this place fr.

Ordered a Whopper got a Jr. But the funny part was the guy giving me the food forgot the window was shut and hit the glass with my drink. NO SPILLAGE!

The food is always fresh here but the wait time is eternally horrendous. I never come here without waiting 15-20 minutes for an order and I order ahead online. They do always apologize for the delay however, I’m guessing they only make items as they’re ordered. That insane wait time is one of the reasons I only go here about twice a year.

Asked three times at the drive thru for my burgers to have only cheese on them. Had to clarify twice. It looks like the crew loaded extra of every topping . I only came out here because the one near me shut down. At this rate this one won't be far behind.

Waited forever and it was not busy and food was cold.
It's really hard to rate a place well when their entire ad campaign is "Special orders don't upset us...have it your way" and then I have to wait 20 minutes extra to get two whoppers without mayo. It defeats the whole purpose of Burger King. Everything tasted good, but it took a long time. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Usually for drive through. Haven't had any issues inside.

Everything tastes good however while eating there was a male employee standing by the register and walking around the front end of the cashier/kitchen area with his work shirt around his neck wearing a tank top undershirt with a burger king crown in with his work hat hanging off of it talking loudly with a friend while there was an elderly male customer waiting to be served. Not necessarily very professional.

Ordered on the app. Food was fine although it was a greasy mess in the wrapper, way more than normal. But whatever, it was fine. People were nice. All of that was fine.Here is my real issue: HOW CAN FAST FOOD PLACES NOT FIGURE OIT PROCESSES TO ENSURE EVERY BAG HAS NAPKINS?!? Yup, no napkins. Zero napkins. Look, I get it…people are human but napkins are so basic. Luckily we keep napkins but c’mon. Let’s figure this out.
