They do always apologize for the delay however, I’m guessing they only make items as they’re ordered. That insane wait time is one of the reasons I only go here about twice a year.

Their food at the location is always good. I have a BK less than a mile from my house and I won’t set foot in it. I wish these employees worked there. I’ve never had bad food here.

It is typical BK food, the staff were very nice and the place clean but the wait was God awful. It would have been quicker to go through drive though.
Vegetarian options: Impossible Burger is not bad and there is the fish sandwich.
