In on Labor Day one of the only places open for anything both restaurants and ice cream stops were all closed so we stopped here. While it was extremely busy and had an unavailable drive thru (looks like there was a broken window) these few high school kids were getting through the orders very quickly. Great job under pressure kids!

Terrible service. Paid for food we didnât receive. Told them at the counter, they did not do anything about it and claimed âthey were too busyâ. The place was a mess and bathrooms disgusting. This place has gone down hill fast.

My family and I stopped at 8:30 on a Friday night and the place appeared to be closed/closing however the open sign was still lit up. The employee taking our order in the drive thru had a bad attitude, and they left out food from our order that we had paid for. All the staff that could be seen from the drive thru seemed more interested in closing the store than they did handling the order. Definitely not worth the money that was spent

Ordered a 6 piece chicken tenders basket without drink and a medium blizzard. I had a rewards to apply to my order however the drive thru employee had zero idea about the dairy queen app rewards and denied to apply my rewards as it would actually raise my total instead of taking the $2 off. Not knowing the rewards program is what got me as there was a sticker right on the window! I paid for my order and began to leave. My fault for not checking, however I got a 4 piece chicken tender basket Instead of 6. Also was rung up as the chicken strip basket with a drink which I did not ask for. Outside of that, the food was good and hot. Recommend going inside if you have the rewards app to use and definitely check your order. Too expensive to not get what you fully pay for.

ordered online and was about 5 minutes later than the given pick up time, still waited another 10 minutes watching the other half of the food get cold and the blizzards melt and still wasn't given the two drinks that came with the meals, foods usually tasty but last couple times seem to be getting more frequent issues.

First, always have to make sure the food is correct before leaving. Today was by far the worst experience Iâve ever had. I placed an online order. I went to go pick it up, the lady at the window was so rude. She didnât say a single word to me and shut the window in my face. As I was pulling away to check my order. I noticed I didnât get something. So I pull back through the drive thru and said I placed an online order I was just there and didnât get one of my items. She said âyeah weâre working on itâ so I pull back around. The same lady I had the first time. Handed me the item and shut the window in my face once again. So rude. If you donât like your job you shouldnât work there.
