ordered a medium Georgia Mud fudge blizzard with chocolate ice cream, my cup of ice cream had maybe 2 tiny brownie pieces pulverized into nothing, ZERO PECANS AND ZERO FUDGE. Most disappointing blizzard ever. Have pictures.

The food was bad! Country gravy looked like it was sitting out all day! My wife burger was just as bad. Absolutely no adults working there, it was like kids day & plenty of goofing off.

In on Labor Day one of the only places open for anything both restaurants and ice cream stops were all closed so we stopped here. While it was extremely busy and had an unavailable drive thru (looks like there was a broken window) these few high school kids were getting through the orders very quickly. Great job under pressure kids!
Terrible service. Paid for food we didn’t receive. Told them at the counter, they did not do anything about it and claimed “they were too busy”. The place was a mess and bathrooms disgusting. This place has gone down hill fast.

My family and I stopped at 8:30 on a Friday night and the place appeared to be closed/closing however the open sign was still lit up. The employee taking our order in the drive thru had a bad attitude, and they left out food from our order that we had paid for. All the staff that could be seen from the drive thru seemed more interested in closing the store than they did handling the order. Definitely not worth the money that was spent

Ordered a 6 piece chicken tenders basket without drink and a medium blizzard. I had a rewards to apply to my order however the drive thru employee had zero idea about the dairy queen app rewards and denied to apply my rewards as it would actually raise my total instead of taking the $2 off. Not knowing the rewards program is what got me as there was a sticker right on the window! I paid for my order and began to leave. My fault for not checking, however I got a 4 piece chicken tender basket Instead of 6. Also was rung up as the chicken strip basket with a drink which I did not ask for. Outside of that, the food was good and hot. Recommend going inside if you have the rewards app to use and definitely check your order. Too expensive to not get what you fully pay for.
