ordered online and was about 5 minutes later than the given pick up time, still waited another 10 minutes watching the other half of the food get cold and the blizzards melt and still wasn't given the two drinks that came with the meals, foods usually tasty but last couple times seem to be getting more frequent issues.
Ordered off line, blizzards. Buy 1 get one free. I live 3 minutes from dairy queen. Got home stuff was milk. Called them and they replaced all 4 for free. 2nd time, they were awesome. Just don't go when they're super busy. Other than that, they're great!
More food choices than just ice cream.
Kid-friendliness: We took my granddaughter and her friend a 11&12 year old . They really liked the chicken fingers and fries. And each got a dipped cone for dessert
