Treat your workers better!!! I was very disappointed to hear that this location does not treat their employees well. The nice young person that helped me was very kind and accommodating despite that. I am not going to return here unless things change.

Waterville Maine Dunkin Donuts was horrible. My wife and me was only one at counter. Employees were to busy doing window and doordash to wait on us. Wait time was over 5 minutes.

I went today to get me and my son a couple sandwiches and some coffee. Got to windows and lady was very rude for absolutely no reason was practically throwing my food and drinks at me if I would of grabbed my drink it would of been all over me. I could understand if I was rude or said something to upset lady but I absolutely did not. If ur having a bad day shouldn't take it put on customers!!!!

This is the closest dunkin to me so I'm forced to go here whenever my wife or I want one. The chances of them making your order correctly or a decent coffee are low. If you can go to another dunkin I'd advise it. 10/10 I would NOT recommend!

They’ve messed up my iced caramel macchiato twice. The caramel was missing each time. The doughnuts I order are always “out” even when there first thing. Supposedly the last shift didn’t make them. Last week I went in and paid cash the girl kept my change. There are better places out there, don’t waste your time here.
Went thru the drive-thru to order two large coffees and donut holes. Unfortunately, the coffee was BURNT and the donuts were stale. Worst service experience as well. The girl at the window was not happy to be working. Stay away. Horrible experience. We wasted our money and had to stop somewhere else to get coffee.

I just bought half a dozen basic donuts with icing and sprinkles I wish I could put a picture on here there is almost no icing on all of them I have no idea how the sprinkles are even sticking to the donut. The kids in these food places nowadays are pretty terrible at their job
