I wanted to get a coffee before my long journey home, and have the preference of coming inside the store. As me and my daughter were walking towards the door, the employee on the inside was about to shut the door and lock it. Once she fully noticed my daughter and I out of our car, she threw her hands up in the air and freaked out. I was upset by this as I've been a dunkin drinker for a while and decided to take my business elsewhere.

The drive thru staff reprimanded me because I declined to donate $1 to local kids in need.
Was asked at the speaker following placing my order if I’d like to donate - I said no thanks. Get to the window, I’m asked again, which I say no. “Wow & what the hell” is what the cashier said after I said no thanks in the drive through speaker.
Then gave me the wrong order - gave me someone’s food order. Had an attitude when I said I ordered two drinks. Got my drinks and they were 3/4ths full.

Treat your workers better!!! I was very disappointed to hear that this location does not treat their employees well. The nice young person that helped me was very kind and accommodating despite that. I am not going to return here unless things change.

Waterville Maine Dunkin Donuts was horrible. My wife and me was only one at counter. Employees were to busy doing window and doordash to wait on us. Wait time was over 5 minutes.
Extremely clean Dunkin's and the staff was super friendly. And YES...donuts were available after 6:00!

I went today to get me and my son a couple sandwiches and some coffee. Got to windows and lady was very rude for absolutely no reason was practically throwing my food and drinks at me if I would of grabbed my drink it would of been all over me. I could understand if I was rude or said something to upset lady but I absolutely did not. If ur having a bad day shouldn't take it put on customers!!!!
