I just bought half a dozen basic donuts with icing and sprinkles I wish I could put a picture on here there is almost no icing on all of them I have no idea how the sprinkles are even sticking to the donut. The kids in these food places nowadays are pretty terrible at their job

I’ve previously had issues with this location in the afternoon or weekends. I swore off going to this location because of it. After close to a year I decided to give it a second try. I’ve since gone through the drive through 3 times weekday early mornings and been very pleased.Staff has been knowledgeable and polite, drive through was fast and orders were correct. I’m very pleased with the improvement!

We ordered a dozen donuts, the person on drive thru was a little rude because I asked for heart shaped donuts and didn't know all the filled ones were heart shaped. The menu doesn't tell you all the different types they have to pick from. They were out of quite a few, including Boston creams, which has happened to us a couple of times at this location now? Donuts were okay, some were a little stale.

Went into the Blairsville Pa Dunkin on 2/24 between 130pm and 2 pm. A couple cars in the drive thru no one inside at the time, but me. A gentleman came in just before I left. When I walked in, I looked at the selection and decided what I wanted. I walked to the register, a young man was puttering around the counter. He gave no greeting or smile, a young woman with a headset on walked to the counter looked at me, no greeting or smile, another young woman walked past, looked at me, no greeting or smile. If one of those employees had smiled and said, " be with you in a minute, I would have stayed, but I prefer better customer service, so I left. Look at your cameras, I'm the older lady in the purple coat. I worked in retail for over 20 years. If my employees had behaved this way, for sure, they would have been warned!

Horrible service slow. Was here today at 733am. Waited in drive through for over 15 minutes. The people that went into lobby while I was in drive through got in and out faster than drive through. Then my food was not that hot and I had to wait for my donuts instead of having them right at register when I got to window. Should have gone to bk, sheetz or mcdonald's would have been faster. Probably the slowest dunkin I ever been to

I used to work at a Dunkin and it’s honestly impressive how inconsistent the same order tastes. The food always tastes like freezer storage bin. I know how to make the coffee and my coffee specifically, I know it shouldn’t taste how it does, when someone else makes it.

Hard to get out of when parking. Small in size.Parking: Very tight maneuvering in and out of parking, side area also crosses into drive though lane.
We got 5 creme filled donuts and they were not filled. Still tastes good but kinda dry.

Ordered on the online app. 5 donuts for my kids to have a sunday treat. so you would think they would put them in a box they usually use for half dozen. Nope just threw them in a bag. To the point there was no icing and sprinkles on the donuts just smeared all through the bag. Highly dissatisfied with their service today.

I would gladly give this place a zero if I could. The girl that waited on me was so rude. I ordered a caramel macchiato and because they have a macchiato as well when she read it back to me she said macchiato two different times I just wanted to make sure I said no it's caramel and she gave me a dirty look and she said yeah the caramel's right there with an attitude So rude. I decided not to even buy my order because with her attitude all I know is she be spitting in it next
