Ordered a Big Mac no pickle no onion I drive all the way home to open up my Mac box for the slip to say only cuz and only lettuce yeah their no pick n onion but they didn’t put Mac sauce on ! I call to let them know they messed up and their fax machine is blaring I tell them I’ll call right back they take the phone off the hook!!! I called for 20 mins straight and I got nothing but a busy signal!! Absolutely terrible service except the kind girl that was handing food out of the window!!!!

Went through the drive thru and was told they cannot make lattes. She offered iced coffee or frappe. Ordered an iced coffee. I get handed a frappe and said that isn’t mine. The young lady argued with me that she took my order and I did. She was obviously annoyed that she felt I made a mistake and made it clear.
We can both feel we were right about what was said/ordered. My poor review comes from her lack of customer service and obvious disrespect.

Usually the workers are nice and reasonable and I never have a complaint and I come here often for my lunch breaks. but when I put an order in and arrive within 2-3 Mins of putting my order in and wait 20 minutes in line while everyone else gets their food and im the only 1 told to pull off to the parking to wait an additional 5 minutes for my food totaling 25 minutes at least is unacceptable idc how busy u are I've worked at sheetz before. I know how easy it is to make food.

If your in a hurry, don't go here...there is nothing fast about this place..order gets messed up 85%of the time..piss poor owners and piss poor managers..do yourself a favor and go anywhere else..
Breakfast food was good but back drive thru person was horrible. Very snappy and gave me an attitude when I told her I wanted to use a code on my phone. She snapped saying that I should have gave her the code in the drive thru. I thought they scanned the QR code. That person should have a course in customer service.
