Normally I get good service at this McDonald's in Blairsville on route 22. The place did not look busy. It was 1:30pm. 5 cars were in front of me in the drive thru. It took 15 minutes to get my food. I ordered a number 9 which is two cheeseburgers, fries and a coke. When I get to the window to pick up, I was ask to pull ahead. The young lady told me that they had to make more burgers. She gave me my coke and I pulled forward to wait for my food. 5 minutes later when the lady brought my food out, I told her that the coke tasted watered down. She did offer to get me something else. I told her that I already waited too long and had to get going. My two cheeseburgers were really greases. They were not fresh. They tasted awful. McDonald's, you can do better. Ray Kroc would except better. Chris Kempczinski who is the CEO of McDonald's could careless about the customer.

What a joke. Drive thru line was so long thought going in would be faster only to find out I had to place my order at a kiosk. Then had to wait at least 15 minutes to get my order which the fries were cold and the cheeseburger bun was stale. They even have the nerve to charge $1.49 for a cup of ice water, which I didn’t get. And this was all at 2:30 in the afternoon. Never again !

When you ask for no salt on fries and they just take the old fries throw them in the oil and reheat them . The food quality has been going down over the last year and we now decided never go back
This McDonalds is always clean. The service is fast and accurate. The food is delicious and presented neatly.

I will never step foot in this McDonald's again. While I was there, a customer walked by and apologized to me and my son for the unpleasant experience we were about to witness. She approached the counter visibly upset about missing some dips and a mistake with her sandwich. Instead of resolving her concerns, the manager engaged in an argument with her. After she left, I was appalled to see the staff laughing at her, mocking her appearance and making personal comments. It was shocking to see the manager joining in. I immediately called corporate after leaving because that behavior is unacceptable.

I used to have a 5 star review on this establishment. Now they always seem to mess something up. Just got pancakes for breakfast. Ordered extra sausage. They only gave me one sausage and it wasn't good. Only one butter packet for my 3 pancakes. At least the OJ is good.
