manager noah steals tips from at least 3 easy target employees for months and gets no punishment and isn't fired. management employees vaping outside the view of the cameras in the kitchen and gm brings weed to work --all in the food prep area. they also locked an employee in the store and left. covered it up when the alarms went off. it tried to call corporate and was forced to email. the response was they would call me. so far no call. in not going away.

Went here on our way home on a Sunday evening and arrived at 6:35pm. Dining room closes at 7 and we were not allowed to order a pizza and eat inside because it was closing in “15 minutes.” Literally turned us away when there was almost 30 minutes left and the drive thru was open til 8. This is why businesses fail. I hope the owners sees this and makes changes. It’s not easy to get two babies out of car seats and back inside when turned away from business. Where are the nice people at these days?!

The food is really good however the biggest downfall of this location is their weird closing hours. 8PM daily, even on Fridays. Any other local pizza place in the town are open till 10pm or later, it just makes sense.

Their medium pizzas are great but the last 2 large pizzas we got were still doughy. Also had issues with getting a refund back for when I put an online order in and showed up and they were closed. When I called Pizza Hut the lady got all offensive saying she refunded me. (I never received it, but the cooperate office made it right with me) I understand everyone has their days but when you’re at work you gotta put that aside and treat customers with respect and be kind. Definitely gonna stick to small family run businesses instead of chain restaurants from now on.

Pizza hut is and always has been my favorite pizza and this particular location is by far, and consistently the best at nailing it and even odd requests. They're super friendly, the place is immaculate (that speaks volumes to me) and the staff there was once again, so nice that I left in an even better mood. I don't use this word very often, because it's hard to find, but this pizza hut is literally"exemplary". They should be used as an example of "how to..."
Parking: The layout is perfect in that you will never not find parking in their lot
Kid-friendliness: The place is a perfect restaurant to take children. They can be occupied but not a bunch of distractions that will keep the kiddos wanting to run from the table.
Wheelchair accessibility: The lot is always clean and the entire area meets/ mostly exceeds specifications for wheelchair accessibility.
The food is good, ready on time, and the staff is nice. However, when I ordered pasta to pickup, they didn’t provide plastic ware or napkins. They also should put on the menu that the breadsticks come with the pasta but dipping sauce for the breadsticks do not. If I had known that, I would’ve ordered extra.
