Phenomenal food, atmosphere & people! This place is a gem & worth the drive no matter where you're from! I took my husband for his birthday.
He had veal parmigiana w linguine & salad. I had pappardelle bolognese w italian wedding soup. The bread was warm w oil for dipping & the entrees served hot as they should be. (it was obvious that nothing was sitting waiting to come out of the kitchen)
The waitstaff are super friendly & attentive and the cocktails- a bloody mary & tiramisu martini were excellent!
Dessert was brownie ala mode w a candle & song for hubs, and tiramisu for me.

1st time. Greeted at the door. Made a rez wasnt necessary on this particular day. Great menu coffee was good also. We ober stayed our welcome but werent chased out. Bread is baked in house. Def a local gem

First thing, waitress brought the salads and walked away, no silverware, had to flag the other waitress, only two to choose from, to get silverware. I expect the two can handle the place, it's cozy. My salad, as I started, had a fruit fly in the dressing. It was still alive so my guess is that it flew into the dressing, which came separate, during the trip to the table or at the table. The waitress did apologize, but, the lack of an offer to make up for bugs in the salad irritates me, maybe they think I should be glad that it was only one bug? Either way, myself and the family will not be back.
As always, we enjoyed our visit. The service was great. The soup that was offered that evening was a beef stew soup. The seasoning was okay, but not much beef. I ordered the chicken and shrimp scampi over pappardelle pasta. The pasta was perfect, but the amount of butter was overwhelming, and it took away from the shrimp and the chicken. My husband had the Chicken and Sausage Calabrese. The potatoes were fried and dry, and there was not too much sausage. The dish was lacking in seasoning. We stopped there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at different times before and never had a negative review. Hopefully, it was just an off night.

First and last time I’ll go. My wife enjoyed her food, mine however was mediocre. My fries were soggy, my marinated chicken pita was bland. The peppers in it were not cooked, the chicken was rubbery. Luckily I wasn’t all that hungry. I will definitely not be back.

Hmmm. What happened to Joseph's?? Took my family out for dinner. The Mac and cheese was from a box, the pasta with butter was with margarine... Yuck. Dinners didn't come out together. My family kept asking why I brought them here. I said they must have a new cook... That is young... And inexperienced. The service was great. The waiter was upbeat and friendly. Food was so so. This is a definite downgrade from what we're used to at Joseph's. Hope they get back on track.
