They took 15 mins to take my order and 20 mins to make the order.. they are understaffed and the service is terrible

Me and my family go to this Dunkin all the time. Ever since the new people have started there our drinks take forever to come out. They don’t come to the window and take your card until they realize you’re there. And they make the drinks wrong and clearly can’t follow the recipe they are given to make their drinks. Half the time our drinks come out not even mixed and sometimes we have to go back around the drive through because they forgot to add something to our drink. In their dunkalattes they add way too much coffee milk then have the nerve to say we would have to charge you for an espresso shot when they can just go easy on the coffee milk. And on another note most of the time they don’t even have coffee milk.

This restaurant was horrible and messed up my order. When we let them know the lady gave a giant attitude at the window. And proceeded to inform us on how we were in the wrong and never ordered what we needed. Then proceeded to argue with us. Meanwhile. My girlfriend is pregnant and giving her an attitude was not right. I would love for some reproductions taken on the lady in the drive thru. She wouldn’t give us her name but it’s September 5th and the time is 11:00am. Thank you

This was the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been to. It took the employees 10 minutes to take the order for the only customer in front of us. They waited at the window for another 10-15 minutes. The people behind us didn’t even get their order taken until we were at the window. The employee at the window said “let me go bug them to make your food.” Don’t go here.
There is never a lot to choose from it's empty now and the place looks dirty

This store does not honour posted hours of operation. Employees in the store will take notice of your existence, but make no effort to respond. If you find yourself in this situation, there is a Wawa nearby that will sell you coffee and baked goods.
