I had the best experience here the other day. I have celiac disease and the staff went above and beyond to make sure my meal was perfect. From checking labels to telling me exactly how they cook different items. I had an amazing meal. I will definitely return. Both my husband and I were very impressed with the amount of choices on the menu. Highly recommendDietary restrictions: The staff absolutely took my food allergies seriously. They didn’t make me feel like I was bothering me and even gave me ideas on other options for next time. Our waitress even checked the labels on the salad dressing to be safe.

The chicken franchise was fabulous. Tender and juicy. The portion was enough for 2 meals. The salad was fresh and the house Italian dressing is to die for. Oh and the homemade warm bread with butter is the best I've ever had.

My husband and I have frequented Woody’s several times this past year. The food and service are always very good. The New England Clam Chowder is the best you’ll ever eat. It’s worth a visit just for the Chowder!

Really good! Haven’t been here in years. Group of 7, reservation. Glad we made, they were busy. Most of us had burgers and cheese steaks. They were excellent! Cooked to temp. Fresh salad, great Salmon.Definitely will be back!

Hostess wouldn't seat our family of five when tables were clearly available. When asked why she just shrugged and walked away. Incredibly rude and embarrassing. We drove down the road to Murphy's Loft where we were greeted with smiles and seated in seconds.

Stop by those little 'Mom and Pop' places you see...Restaurant, country store, antique shop, farmers market, roadside stand...They will surprise you almost every time. There's a little place not far from the Pocono Racetrack, Woody's Country House. If you're hungry, stop by. I stopped in for lunch today, after driving by the place dozens, if not more times, on my way to somewhere else. I ate one of the best burgers I have had in a very long time. It was as near to perfect as any burger could be, and I'm a pretty good cook. The burger was hot and fresh, as well as the fries. Timing to the table was perfect. I did not see the grill, but the taste was 'fresh off a charcoal grill' Their menu is much more extensive than burgers, but, if they put that much care and thought into 'just a burger', I'd eat everything else.
