Over 10 dollars for medium coffees that are not only half full, but not made correctly. I live right next door otherwise I’d never go back. Not once have I gone and gotten consistent results, that’s on quality, speed of service and customer service. This particular location gives Dunkin a bad name. I don’t believe anyone was trained and if they were it’s not consistent across the board. I’ve been up since 430a and have been having a terrible morning. I was looking forward to a nice hot coffee to bring back some happiness to my morning only to be pushed over the edge - DO BETTER. I attached towo pictures of the half assed coffee I got from this location and a 3rd from a Dunkin that actually knows what they’re doing

If you are local, you already know. This location is a literal joke in the community. I couldn't imagine anyone being a legitimate repeat customer unless they have a personal relationship with one of the staff, or they are doing a study on failed businesses.

I waited for my order for 20 minutes, even though my friend and I were the only customers there. The woman who served us didn’t mention that the coffee machine for lattes wasn’t working. She didn’t give me my latte but still charged me for it. When I asked where my coffee was, I was told that the coffee machine wasn’t working. However, another girl who worked there ended up making the coffee I ordered. Huge thanks to her!
Overall, the experience was unpleasant.

Slow!!! Good thing there was another one down the road!! They are so fast to take your money but slow Asf to give you your order plus this one messed it up. I asked for a toasted bagel what I got was a burnt bagel! I'll let corporate settle this one out!!

Christa & Judy are my favorite faces to see early in the morning at this Dunkin! They always are so sweet and happy! They take time to say Hello to my son every time! My go-to Dunkin because of them!
Stopped on the road during a trip and got all around terrible service. Only 2 employees and as a fast food employee I know how stressful this is but there’s no reason to be locking me out. My family proceeded to order online and go through the drive through. When we got to the drive through we were informed that they were out of sausages and bacon, so I had to get a turkey sausage on my breakfast sandwich. This location was not at all prepared for customers and needs a lot of work.

Took fifteen minutes to order through drive thru. We could see our order ready at the window but no one was there for 5 extra minutes. Terrible service

Waited in line to find out their expresso machine is down. Place a signing your drive thru and respect people's time. Would also suggest a backup expresso machine. Decided to order 2 cold drinks just for the kids. Drove up to the window and they say "do you have cash our card machine is down". Again, put a sign up.

Wow, I just had to drop a review this morning. Swung in for a coffee and donut and it appears like they have some new faces working there now. The young lady that was at the drive-thru window was very sweet and friendly, and it's quite refreshing to see someone like this at this place. Enough said on that, but she deserves a good review!
