Ordered XLarge Gelato got a large! The blizzard was the wrong size as well! Very disappointed!
I highly suggest you look at your menu in store! It says EXTRA LARGE AT THE 5 LAYER GELATI! AND $15 FOR 6 SMALL COOKIE SANDWICHES! THATS INSANE! I WILL TAKE MY BUISNESS TO Family owned places!

I came in tonight and ordered and immediately got hit with snarky remarks and attitude because I second-guessed my order. I originally thought nothing of it and let it be until they gave me the wrong order and when I waited until they weren't busy I asked them about it and got completely dismissed. I will not be coming back here until customer service improves

For the Blandon PA location, I used Door Dash and ordered a quart of cotton candy and mango and got 2 cotton candy! Very disappointing!

The worker was very friendly. The gelati was very good. We loved the little courtyard which has tables with umbrellas. Pretty atmosphere!
Good experience because of the staff and by staff I mean just one guy who was completely swamped the whole time I was waiting, while other customers are complaining and giving this poor kid a hard time you should give this poor kid a raise I can't comprehend how just one person can handle all those customers on a Saturday night by himself, stop setting him up for failure, management do better. Ryan you are the man you deserve better bud.
