I am a provider of the IDD community. This location did not seem to be open to autistic and disabled individuals. Both the owner and his employee, I’m assuming, looked at us with hairy eyeballs as SOON as we walked in. Not very welcoming. I purchased a meal, my consumers were eating their lunch very quietly and non disruptive. When we were ready to go I wanted to clean up after them and the employees were offended that I needed more than just the 2 napkins they put in my bag. The employee said “excuse me?” When I grabbed a few. Moving forward they REMOVED the napkins so I couldn’t use anymore. Very poor environment. Highly do NOT recommend this location.

Give it another try! The restaurant was recently renovated and looks very quaint. The sandwiches are made well and taste great! I love the fresh veggies and selection of sandwiches. The staff is friendly and keep the restaurant very clean and tidy! The only thing I wish they had was soup- A suggestion I hope they consider! Thank you Subway in Blandon!

Never takes coupons. This is the only Subway I ever went to who doesn’t take any coupons. Shame on you! Seems to care only about padding your pockets and not helping the consumer in any way.

Didn't get what i ordered guy was very rude made me ordered online then told me he didn't have Marinara even tho i saw the meat balls very poor service maybe u will get what u ordered also didn't let me refill my drink bc i ate outside he said since i left the store i couldn't

Tired to use a coupon and was told they aren’t taking coupons. Then we just wanted the meat and cheese on the subs and veggies on side since we were ordering 3 footlongs to spilt between our group so not everybody likes the same toppings, and was told they can’t do that which I know isn’t true because I used to be a manger for subway for 11 years. Don’t go to this subway!!

Went to Blandon subway today only to walk right out! I haven't been there in years so I figured I would give it another try since I got coupons in the mail yesterday. Glad I asked if I could use the coupon before I ordered because the girl behind the counter said "we're currently not accepting coupons" I was dumbfounded by this! Never heard of this ! I decided then to walk out and the employees couldn't have cared less, being the unmotivated individuals they were. I guess that's who they work for. NON hard woring , Incompetent, cheap franchise owners. My husband was in there last week for lunch and owner asked about appliance repair recommendations and he referred some associates... he will be sure he reaches out to those referred companies to see they pay full price as well. Thanks for nothing.

Not often I change a review from a 1 star to a 5 star, but under new ownership, this is a great Subway. The owner takes pride in what he is doing, and the relationships he is building by serving his customer's. Knowing what the regulars want, and providing great customer service. Highly recommend!

This was from March 2022 (exact day - March 10, 2022) but felt the need to share after another similar experience at another restaurant. I was told by the girl making my sandwich that I could use a coupon, 3 footlongs for $17.99, and confirmed this with her before beginning my order. After making all three of my sandwiches, she took the coupon to ring me up, then the owner of the store came out and told her not to take it because "not this location. this is my location". Literally those exact words. Then he had the nerve to tell me "have a nice night". I regret not walking out without paying and with the food sitting on the counter, since I had been told that the coupon was good and that this was, in fact, a participating location. Ended up being around $32. I'm not anti-Subway but don't use this location if you have any sort of coupon. I haven't been back since.

Bathrooms were out of service and owner/manager was standing around questioning my outfit. Heard owner whispering about me to another staff member. Wait staff was very kind, but owner was not.
