I went down and got two subs I sat at the table they brought one over the other one I'm waiting for over a half an hour I had to go up to the Conner and say Where's my sub The associate Devon that was working there got a big attitude. He should not even be working there they should fire him he treats the customers like a pile of crap I would not recommend this place to anybody matter of fact I think they should close it it's one of the worst I have seen The owner of this place should rethink his associates future there and they couldn't even give me a discount for putting me way out of my way

I placed a order online and then called the store the guy answered saying jersey Mike's blawnox I started talking and they hung up on me! When I get to the store I tried saying something about getting disconnected and with a rude attitude the employee said my phone never rang I tried to talk again and he just kept saying it never rang I will NOT be back here and my food was just messy! Get new employees ASAP or they will ruin this place!

This is the only jersey Mike’s. I have an issue with it appears that management try very hard to skimp on meat ….. I’ve been there a couple times and complained about this amount of meat that they give you then they ask if you want double meat and after that the sandwich looks like a regular sandwich from any other Jersey Mikes, I only have this issue at this particular store, and the counter were they prepared the sandwiches it’s always dirty, They’re not as clean as the other stores Even though they’re not busy

Ordered a giant Italian with pickles and banana peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, seasonings, delivered. The sandwich was mostly bread, and terribly wrapped. Very light on the meat and cheese, barely any lettuce and onion, 6 banana peppers and about 5 pickles. I used to enjoy this place, but it seems to be going down hill. For a $20 sandwich, I expect more. I live locally, so it's a shame, as I get take out delivery often . Think I will be looking elsewhere for a new sandwich shop to frequent.

Absolutely a joke. The so called manager mat. And half the ppl there have no clue how to run that place. I placed a order online at 11 25 a.m I got there at 11 45 and waited till 12: 35 . So I waited a hr for food my online oder said pick up 11 45 . They forgot to make my food n I still was setting there for 1 hr I was not waiting any longer. This place should hiring ppl that know how to make a sandwich. Unbelievable. I will never never go back. They didn't even offer a free sub for messing up so bad

Absolutely bullshit this is the 2nd time 1st time I come down on lunch time n took 45 mins I didn't eat that day now I ordered online at 11a.m for pick up 25 asap I come at 12 they have 0 clue wear my order was and again I am going to loses my lunch n not eat bc they have 0 clue on wats going on. This is the third time that they have messed up my sandwich I ask for no peppers and no onions and this is the third time there has been peppers and onions on my sandwich. I am allergic to onions. I will not be going back there again.
