We got boneless ribs,got mild because wifey cant eat hot.I loved them ,she still thought they were hot.For dinner we both had fish n Chips.3 pcs of fish,fries,and cole slaw, that was delicious.I finished mine,wife took a box home.Good

I was at applebees the other day. The woman manager named Toni deserves an award cause I had severe allergic reaction couldn't breathe, throat was swelling shut, going in and out of consciousness and that woman called for ambulance immediately and got them there within 5 mins. She saved my life cause i ran out of my epi pens.. If your reading this Toni. Thank you sooo much. You truly are a hero

The food was good. The waiter and staff were all very polite even though we came in at closing didn't realize we thought they were open till midnight but no one mentioned it or tried to hurry us. They were all very patient, was a blessing as I was having a very bad night. There were still several people in the restaurant and all seemed to be treated well. A big thanks to Cody our waiter and Nate whom were very nice and a thanks to the kitchen staff that had to clean up late because of our mistake.

Troy Torres, Hazleton Applebee’s Manager was very customer friendly, also a fellow veteran whom personally gave us veterans discount on all 4 of our meals. Troy shared after I asked him how long was he an Applebee’s manager. He told me about 6 months and that he worked his way up from working as a cook! We were very impressed how he worked his way up to be an excellent Applebee’s manager. Our waitress, Krystal, cheerfully provided us with excellent services. She did superb job of refilling our drinks, frequently asked if we needed anything - we, all 4 of us, were well taken care of. Promptly cleared table of plates and silverware as needed. Krystal is also a very honest waitress who informed us that we had a larger amount on our Applebee’s gift cards than we thought we had, immediately after we paid for our meals! Our meals were excellent and we had plenty to take home and enjoy for later.

I shared a bad experience that we had a few years ago, after a group of about 12 of us, after eating at a different food establishment restaurant in Allentown whom ripped us off when we attempted to use 2 of their $25 gift cards: our waitress informed us AFTER we already paid using 2 gift cards and after I asked for a detailed receipt (she only gave me total paid receipt) I asked for a detailed receipt for all of our meals and the receipt showing the 2 $25 gift cards that were taken off. She hesitated for almost a minute, then she told me that one of the two coupons didn’t have anything on it!? Why didn’t she tell me that before or immediately after I paid?! I told her that was strange because we got both at the same time and that we haven’t used any of them. I wanted the gift card back after she asked me if I wanted it. I called the number on the back of gift card, on the way home and verified that there wasn’t anything left in it! Luckily I asked if they could tell me the date it was used? IT WAS USED THAT SAME DAY! Our waitress ripped us off by keeping 1 of the 2 $25 gift cards. I called the restaurant back: the “manager” told me that our waitress couldn’t have done that because she was one of their best waitresses. Later they sent me something for $25 that I could use at their restaurant. I stayed away from that place for a long time!

I had the Chicken Wonton Taco's and the Southwestern Grilled Chicken Entrée. I highly recommend the Chicken Wonton Taco's, very delicious ! The Entrée was very good too.
