My last day and food choice at Grange Fair was a peach dumpling with cinnamon ice cream. It was perfectly cooked, warm, and delicious. The cinnamon ice cream completed this delicious dessert. Whomever served me tonight, you made my night!! Thank you ☺️ See you next year ?.

I went to the Bloomsburg Fair and always look forward to buying the dumplings. I had family with me and bought several. What a terrible disappointment this year. The crust on two of them was so overworked it was hard and unedible. Two others were covered in flour on top and two were undercooked. What happened?

tonight at the Grange fair, my autistic son dropped his ice cream come we purchased from Bissingers. so with tears in our eyes, we walked back over to purchase another cone (with fingers crossed that this one wouldn't fall). these wonderful people gave the second ice cream cone to my son, free of charge! he was so happy for the rest of the night. from the bottom of my heart, thank you thank you thank you!

Love all their food especially the apple dumplings
