The staff are friendly and really helpful. Very cool. But the manager was yelling and talking badly to the staff in front of customers. The last two times I was in, same thing from her. I felt bad because they do an awesome job. I’d be complimenting them, not acting the way she did. It was uncalled for. That staff rocks, so my review is a mixed one.

The food, especially the bagels, are delicious! They have good coffee too. I️ worked here over ten years and it’s still just as good as I️ remember. The employees were kind and the place is clean. If you haven’t eaten here yet, you certainly have to. It is not like any other bagel place, it’s better. All of the bagels are made fresh every single day.
