I keep complaining about the onion rings. They are not cooked through, and this can make you sick. Cold food is served here, makes you wonder what else is undercooked.

Unaccountable. I live 25 minutes away from this Burger King. They missed two separate items in my small order. Didn’t notice it until I got home. Called the store just asking for a refund on the missing items because I used a credit card. They told me the next time I come back they will give me a free meal or I can come back to the restaurant and show the card to be refunded. I would need to make a 50 minute inconvenient round trip to be compensated for their error. I am in the food service industry and we have procedures to refund our customers without being present. Don’t take the risk of them not meeting expectation and then you having to go the extra mile just to get what you should have received in the original transaction.

Use the app, you'll get great deals you can only get using the app. For extra savings use the app via the Walmart app. If you have Walmart plus you get an additional 25% off your entire order. Please note however, you cannot use the BK app deals bundled with the Walmart plus offers, it's either one or the other. Walmart plus also offers a free Whopper every 3 months (I believe that's the time frame, it may be sooner) just for ordering through the Walmart app. When I ordered here last week, my special order was perfect, everything was fast and the food was hot. The drive through ladies were awesome as well.

I don't know how many times now I've gotten onion rings that ARE NOT DONE. I worked at burger king in the past and I know that the onion rings aren't down in the fryer long enough. Their light brown and mushy.

2 for 5 whopper is BS. They charge for cheese ,bacon . Only applies to basic ,bland sandwich

I got two Whoppers yesterday and they were terrible.The buns were so chewy and there was hardly anything on it .

Usually it's been okay but had a serious issue last week with this location. Their app let me online order but when I arrived (at 830 PM) this Burger King was closed randomly (closed over 3 hours earlier than they normally are). There were cones set up blocking the drive-thru and the parking lot + store was dark. So they had time to plan an early closing, but didn't update their app?How about updating the BK app that you are closed rather than taking our money and time? It was annoying to have to troubleshoot getting a refund and my reward points back. I was relying on that order for my overnight shift meal but I will go to more reliable fast food places next time.

The big guy behind the counter was awesome. Everyone else was NOT happy and were openly complaining about being there. As a business owner, I'd fire everyone on your night shift staff except for the older gentleman. I'd hire him to run the night shift crew.

Great place to eat with my son we Love the food. I'm really tired of the dining room being closed. 7p.m. on a Saturday night and the doors are locked and they throw a sign up saying about " due to staffing the dining room is closed this evening'. Honestly it's a load of B.S. When the dining room is open the atmosphere is great though because my kid likes to eat in at Burger King. There's no reason the dining room should be closed and it happens almost every Saturday. If the staff can service customers through drive thru. Then they can service the customer in the dining area too.
