It’s fine if u like overpriced college drinks, the bartends are cool, the rest of the workers are rude (they do deal with a lot of college students tho) but still rude, loud af, was in a neighboring apt a while back the whole apt was shaking they are annoying loud every day they are open until 2am, ask them to turn it down and jack happens

As a mom of 5, I rarely get time to go do something fun without kids. I went here back in July w my sister & had the best time. They atmosphere is awesome, the staff is great & while it does stay fairly busy, you don't have to wait a long time for drinks or food. I've gone back 4 times since then & I plan to go back more! I love that they have a dance area for anyone wanting to dance or just hang out if the bar is full. They have events, like Divorced Dad Rock, Glow Party, 2000s Night & more which is awesome bc you get to listen to older music that you don't hear often or have forgotten about. Even though there's a lot of college kids there, there's still some older folks that come out & show them how it's done 🤣 overall, I'll definitely be back.

The music is so loud that you can’t think! We asked the bartender to turn it down a notch and she said she couldn’t. She was dancing all around behind the bar and we couldn’t even hear each other. No reason to go back here. One beer and we were out of there. We were the only ones there. Go figure ! Plenty of other places down the road. Hopefully they close this place down and something good goes in

Capitol is a decent destination for drinks in Bloomsburg. I can't comment on the food, because I haven't eaten any food from here in a very long time. But the drinks are pretty good and reasonably priced, and they have a fair beer selection. Late night and during certain collegiate celebrations, it becomes quite packed and the atmosphere becomes more like a club, with a big dance floor, loud music, etc. So if that's your jam, hit it up, you won't be disappointed. If it's around the end of the Bloom U semester and you're just looking for a quiet drink, I would perhaps recommend a different establishment.
