Best wings in Bloomsburg! Crispy, big and the mild garlic sauce was delicious. Had them with fries and nachos, which were also excellent. Great service and atmosphere. It’s not “just a bar,” although the drinks/bartenders are awesome, it’s really a cool and inviting spot to have some good food and drinks.

But what truly makes Capitol special are the people. The bartenders are incredible—friendly, and welcoming. The owners are some of the kindest people, and you can feel their passion in the way they run this place. Shoutout Keegan, Claire, Kylie, James, Chad and the rest!!!
