This location….. most unorganized one I’ve ever been to.

My daughter & I stopped by the Chik-Fil-A
by the Capital City Mall & the Grilled Chicken was like rubber, my daughter’s soda cup had a hole in it and the drink went everywhere. This is the second time this has happened. We wanted to try the new Banana Pudding Milkshake and the cookie crumbles that were in it were extremely hard! We both hated them! Why would you put that in a milkshake? The banana flavoring was great on its own! I hated biting into something hard that was coming up through my straw. Usually we love Chik-fil-A but this time was a real disaster!!

I had the pleasure of interacting with Scott, the shift supervisor at Chick-fil-A, and I must say, his dedication and efficiency stood out. Scott's exceptional customer service, coupled with his ability to manage the team seamlessly, made my dining experience truly enjoyable. His positive attitude and attention to detail reflect greatly on Chick-fil-A's commitment to excellence. Kudos to Scott for going above and beyond!

I went to get food and this old dude named Scott started yelling at the employees working the cash registers over little issues that could’ve been addressed privately. Such an inappropriate way to treat staff. Instead of taking it into the back he continued to degrade one of the staff members and all she did was continuously apologize to me for his actions. How sad.

The prices are extremely high on their new menu. 2 salads & 1 fry $35! Surprisingly, this location was not clean considering we've been at others in different states.
