Not very smart to have the person at the front desk talking about political views put loud it's very unprofessional. Literally bad mouthing the other side and using very unprofessional language. I'm not political in any way just seems very ignorant

My granddaughter food was cold... the mgr eventually came out n fixed it for her when everyone else was done eating but... come on..... mac n cheese had no taste to it

The server was great, but it took nearly 45 minutes to get our food. We ordered breakfast for 2 people. Server apologized but was not her fault. It was the kitchen staff that took so long. I think for waiting 45 minutes for our food should have constituted a small percentage of our bill, but that of course was not offered. I will not be back to this cracker barrel due to this

We were visiting Knoebels this week and ordered take out. Our first negative experience with Cracker Barrel. We ordered the family meal with chicken breast, and an additional meal with chicken breast as well. Spoke with Anthony, and explained we were in hotel to please add plastic ware and plates. He stated they could add boxes to use as plates and plastic ware. After my husband picking up the food, and realizing we had no utensils or surface to eat the food on, the food was terrible. The chicken breasts were hard and chewy. The mashed potatoes were one solid block, and the biscuits were tough. The macaroni and green beans were ok. For just under $80, this was a big disappointment. Would not recommend

Brought the family. Service was great as always. Only complaint was my steak was not that good ( had the steak and shrimp) , it was overcooked and very tough.

Got take out order yesterday. Chicken n dumplings with side of dumplings and mashed potatoes with gravy. The mashed potatoes were a clump of glue with no taste and very little gravy. The dumplings were not flat they were stuck together in balls, and as far as the chicken I had a hard time finding the 2 tiny pieces in the meal. I was very disappointed in the meal. If I was dining in it would have been sent back, but since it was a door dash delivery I did not want to drive the 15 to 20 minutes to return it. Maybe it's time to get new cooks in this location.
