You just lost a customer with your BS VIP card. $2.00 for any size beverage. It amazingly doesn’t work on any of the beverages I try to order. What coffee type drink can I get I ask. They say coffee or hot chocolate. What a jerk move. Save trees and stop printing your stupid coupons with ridiculous disclaimers.

Am I the only one who didn't know a "frozen coffee" does not include any coffee!? I asked the girl if there was anything with espresso and she was confused. I responded with "I just want something more coffee-y, not all of the flavors. Well, I guess I'll just take a frozen coffee with a shot of vanilla." I received a cup of slushy ice, 3 coffee syrup, 3 vanilla swirl and cream! I thought 'a coffee shop' would sell coffee, they sell sugar and flavor! For the price I paid, I could have gotten 2 coffees w/vanilla at a real coffee shop!

It's Fall. Local DD was OUT of Pumpkin Spice. Also, I got a large and the cup wasn't even filled half way. Very disappointed. Don't typically complain but this sucked.

Janelle and team are fabulous! They have kept me in coffee and donuts for a construction crew at my home for the last month. By day 3 they had my order down pat and if I rang ahead, always a good idea for a Box Of Joe, all was ready and waiting. Janelle and team are highly organized, extremely efficient, and most importantly they are always genuine, concerned and lovely to deal with. And this is with all clients! On a busy morning you can catch someone at the coffee station, rather hidden from view, call out a " good morning" to clients coming in. Watching customer faces it is clear this is appreciated as they seek out the source of the voice with an inquisitive smile. " Regulars" abound and at the counter are met with " the usual?". Often the coffee is ready to go even as they come to the register! Regulars fill tables each morning and it is clear staff and clients enjoy the dynamic. The positve, welcoming and friendly tone the staff sets is clear and it pervades the space. Clients in the queue are happy and kind to one another, a rarity these days. I don't know how Janelle manages all this as she dashes at a constant full speed, but she does! And clearly she has created a powerful and positive dynamic for staff and clients. It is a wonderful way to begin the day! Janelle and her team should be the gold standard! Kudos and thanks.

been going here for 23 years as of today I was informed my coffee was $4.55 for an xl hot coffee with caramel cream and sugar and have been paying $3.56 which i think is high but this price increase did it for me you have lost a loyal customer and many other people I know we understand stuff is high but a cup of coffee for almost $5 no thank you hopefully the right person sees this and does something about it i mean qt 1.99 xl coffee is sounding real good right now

Please make an area in the app allowing us to upload our sameday receipts to the app for our points. Some of us loyal members from time to time forget our phones at home because kids rushing out the door, yet we still stop and grab our dunkin orders.....PLEASSSSSSEEEE make it easy for us to upload our receipt so we can earn our hard earned points please.....idc if yall even put restrictions on it like it HAS to be from that day in order for it to be uploaded and accepted. Because now I have a receipt from today that was $22.40 that I cannot earn points on because goodness forbid we humans forget our phones at home due to kids rushing us out the doors.

The coffee is never consistent. Doesn't matter which location. Today I ordered a medium shaken pistachio with cold foam. The medium was a little over half full. I paid for a medium yet I barely get a small. When I ask the cashier and said this is how the shaken comes. Give me a break. Total BS. This is why I will go out of my way to go to another coffee chain. Total disregard for customer service and quality.

Bad experience at the New Haven Rd DD in Naugatuck. Ordered a sesame bagel with cream cheese. The cream cheese is starting to spoil and tasted "off" and slightly soured. I stopped eating after one bite. Either they are using expired product, or not refrigerating it properly.
