Morning drive thru staff is very friendly. Unfortunately I have had to ask for my breakfast sandwich to be heated several times as it is usually lukewarm.

I enjoy walking in to pick up my order. The ambiance of the dining area in the mornings is cozy and pleasant. I also enjoy the drive-thru. The lady who hands me my order is very pleasant and makes sure that my order is what I wanted.

Parking: There is free parking. Be careful to get there after the morning rush as the parking lot is small and you will not get out easily when they are busy
Last visit several weeks ago Dunkin Donuts took an order for me on their app. I paid in advance and was told they had absolutely no donuts when I arrived. They didn't offer me a refund or anything that I would describe as sympathy. I've been trying for these past several weeks to get my money back. I will never spend my money here again for any reason.

Good fast service, busy place so the consistency of the service is impressive. The atmosphere was a bit tense, but that's probably because of the crowd. Overall excellent place and close by the hospital so it's extremely convenient.
Wheelchair accessibility: The door is definitely easily accessible just got to watch the traffic. The drive-through wraps around the front of the build, and that's where the door is lol.
