the new design as of Monday, December 15 ‘25 is not very appealing, it reads more as a hospital rather than a cozy coffee and donut shop. Idk if this is some sort of joke but a quarter pound of CREAM CHEESE is absurd. I didn’t even ask for extra, like who even does this. Thank you to the lady Ranada who answered the phone when I called and said they’d make me a new one, but whoever did this you’re sick !

We went inside and ordered a dozen donuts,a regular iced coffee and a hot coffee with cream and asked if they could add a few ice cubes to cool it down. When out in the car, my mom took a sip of her coffee and they never put cream in it. So, back inside I went. The manager looked upset that I had the nerve to even ask for it to be fixed. The girl who took our order in the first place had zero clue as to what was going on. While getting our donuts her shirt sleeve was rubbing against the donuts on the rack beneath. Hopefully others have better luck than we did.

Stopped at the Blooms store to get my GF a drink while she was at work to be nice. When I got to the window I decided I wanted to get myself the omelette bites, asked if I could add that to my order and was told “Sorry no, only something simple like a donut can be added to the order, anything else takes too long and holds up the line”. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. 1. I’m the customer and I haven’t even paid you yet, am asking for more of your product to which I’ll pay for, and you’re denying me it? Because what, it’ll take too long? Longer than the 15 minutes I just waited in line for a medium iced coffee? Longer than it took her to even explain that BS lie? And to top it off she blamed it on new owners?! So dumb. Dunkin is already trash, the least you could do is actually take our money and give us all the stuff we want instead of turning away more business/profit. Terrible.
I want to commend the Dunkin team from the morning of 5/25, I have never seen a ruder, nastier, more belligerent customer than the woman (I wouldn't call her lady as her attitude showed she had no composure) in my life and I've had many retail jobs. She thought she owned the place, and between the abundant makeup poorly masking her sneering visage, her selfish and narcissistic attitude, and the stench of her cheap perfume, I'm surprised anyone could even stand to be in the same room with her let alone serve her. Thankfully the team requested she leave, which she acquiesced too after several profane laden mumblings under her breath. The poor fellow behind her looked shook, but luckily the team reassured him and got back to work. Great job folks, don't sweat people like Chai Latte woman, they exist to make others miserable.

Worst Dunkin I have ever been to.waited in line inside for 25 minutes just to order food then had to wait another 20 minutes to get food. Other customers waiting said “it’s normal to wait forever for your order here it’s terrible “..Our bagel orders were wrong and my flavored iced coffee had no flavor taste to it. I got attitude from cashier when asked if I could have more pistachio flavoring in it and manager asked were they charging me for extra pump of swirl flavor??? Seriously??? You had 10 employees working and all of you looked confused as to what to do and manager looked just as confused. Food awful and customer service awful.
We called for doughnuts and said they were open till 8pm, drove 20 mins and got there at 7:10 and they locked the lobby doors so we couldn't get in and started to clean lobby and put all the doughnuts away, why tell us that just to lock us out.
