Alr the food was unsually horrible but the service was very good shout out to nathan with the nice service and to top that off there was a fight between 2 workers which made it seem like fight night thursday so that made the atmosphere fire. Aura unmatched.

Here tonight and had absolutely horrible service. The large man behind the counter was very rude and did not put the correct order in. When my husband had brought it up the guy argued . I had told him I clearly stated a number 8. And he said I absolutely did not tell him that 🤦. I said it clear as day. It's one thing to make a honest mistake , but to act in the manner he did was not okay. Do better !.

This restaurant clearly prioritizes drive through customers over dine in. I went inside and ordered an 8 pc nuggets and have been waiting 15 minutes. The crew has filled several other orders, for drive through and Uber eats. I am still here waiting. You should consider changing the metrics of how your team is measured and give at lease some priority to those coming inside the restaurant. I just received my nuggets , 17 minute wait.

I ordered 2 famous bowls, I got 2 drinks, 2 pie poppers. But received only one famous bowl. The Colonel would be disappointed in y’all. Cherry on top the bowl isn’t even filled to the top. 0 out of 10 stars.
