High marks across the board EXCEPT for the initial smell. If I were just grading on speed or customer service or quality of food, this would be a perfect score. However, they must have recently cleaned up something awful because on this hot day the smell was all over the foyer and inside area. It didn't ruin the experience, but it made for a bad first impression.
The food was on par with other Paneras, which is why I go there, but the drive up loop is poorly designed. The loop is tight for a full size crew cab pickup and the inside curb is unforgiving, it was my first time ever curbing a wheel.
