UPDATE: they are now open again but very little business going on. We drove into the lot and the employees were outside smoking cigarettes and just hanging out. We turned around and left. As of 04/10/2025 the building has been marked as condemned, unfit for human occupation.

We went in to Dine, waited to be seated. The woman at the register decided to wait on a person picking up before even acknowledging us. She then ( without acknowledging us yet again) she, walked into the kitchen, then rang out a Woman that had eaten in, but walked up behind us to check out. . When I told my grandsons let's go, she yelled out, ( not even trying to make eye contact ), I'll be right with you . I told her you should have said that when we walked in!

I got delivery for around 76 dollars just for the donut bites to be burnt. The tomato sauce on the pizza was more of a tomato paste. i got a meat lovers cheesy melt and requested for some meats to be taken off. It still had all the meats.

the food as always is excellent but the service absolutely is pitiful with the same tired excuse.. we are short staffed ... FINE.. THEN SAY WE ARE BEHIND TODAY YOUR PIZZA WILL TAKE 35 MINUTES .. I personally seen people inside the restaurant say they waited over a hour but said people that came in after already got their pizza and were checking out ... that's not a short staffing issue that's incompetent people

Let me tell you I have come here on many occasions and it seems like every time I come here the service gets worse and worse and slow and this pace discusses me anymore I will probably not be returning

Waited 2 hours for a pizza they kept telling me was in the oven.. very dysfunctional place. Definitely dont eat here unless you wanna waste your time and money

Service was horrible wish I could give it zero stars. Waited about 10 mins to be seated while someone was hiding behind the one counter. Got seated then drink orders were taking.. took another 15 mins until I said we were ready to order for someone to check on us. Floors were dirty looked like No one cleaned it all day. Our server never asked us for refills let alone spoke to us at all! Do better pizza hut!
They Would not accept my 100 dollar bill. Unconstitutional establishment. Says right on the American dollar, This note is legal tender for all debt, public and private.

Girls bathroom was absolutely horrible! Even my 3 year old was gagging. First time in there in years. Went for lunch today. Maybe 4 tables had people. Under the big table laid gloves, with the waitress walking around and maybe the other lady was manager. No one picked them up. No music playing nothing you could hear everyone’s conversations. Definitely not the same Pizza Hut I grew up going to.

We went for the lunch buffet. We got there around 12:30. The food on the buffet was dry and cold. Since it was 12:30, they were announcing after we got some food that they were not putting anything else out. When we were paying our bill, they told us we could not bring our water flavor enhancers into the restaurant. I take them everywhere. I have health issues which prevent me from drinking anything carbonated. I use these because you get tired of drinking water and tea. They considered it as outside beverages. What is the difference between just ordering water. Was just a bad experience will not go back.
