The food was fresh, but I ordered the apple butter chicken sandwich which was supposed to come with feta and it had goat cheese instead. I’m not a fan of goat cheese. But the apple walnut salad so good and the dressing was amazing. I actually used the dressing in my sandwich too to drown out the goat cheese taste the best I can because I don’t like to complain.

This review is for breakfast choices only. We didn’t actually eat here. There were 3 choices for breakfast, steak sandwich, a veggie burrito and something gluten free. We wanted none of these things and left. I will stop again another time and try lunch or dinner.

This was the best surprise!! My family and I were traveling from Pittsburgh to New York and we always like to find local spots to eat when we travel. Well we hit the jackpot. Root 11 Bistro did not disappoint, the food was amazing the service was delightful and the natural food store was yum!

Driving from NYC to Denver to move my oldest and found this gem off the beaten path-if the beaten path is Route 80. Had one of my best veggie burgers ever and love the market that’s attached. It sure beat all the other option. Come on, do you really want Burger King or Sheetz? Do something healthy for yourself and come here.
