Very good menu actually, but oddly the wait staff seemed unfriendly. Only one word answers, and only then when absolutely an answer or response was required at all. ~ Just did not feel good or comfortable being there.

One of my favorite Bloom restaurants. Service is always pleasant and competent. Only thing I would change is to offer nongarlic, soft, bread option.

If you want a really REALLY good flavorful meatball, Rose Marie's impresses. We came into town after going around the North End in Boston on vacation and we were shocked on how mind-blowing the traditional flavors are. It's definitely some sort of secret recipe they have because that is the most savory Italian-style meatball we've ever had. Super robust.

The Gnocchi alla Genovese with the Pesto Cream Sauce was also delightful. Very nutty and savory. I also love how they hand-bread their own Mozzarella Sticks. What's also to die for is their Marinara sauce. Mellow, buttery, not astringent. I could eat it by the bowlful with their garlicky and herby focaccia bread. In fact, that might have been what the Tomato Basil Bisque might have been, but I didn't care, it was just THAT good.

The only thing I'm not sure about is most of their dishes are Farfalle (Bowtie pasta). I'm not sure if you can ask substitutions for different kinds of pasta for each sauce. I hope that's the case because I do want to try the Pesto Cream sauce with Fettuccine.

If you do pass through I-80 on your way to New England, make this your pit stop for dinner. Compare it yourself to the restaurants out there! Plus, the parking lot outside the restaurant is free after 5pm.

Just be careful, their prices did rise recently so it may chip at your wallet. Will be coming back. Delicious!!

The food was excellent, large servings. We had the crab dip appetizer, A+, eggplant parm, A+. Enough leftovers for another meal, maybe two.
Our waitress was attentive and very nice.
Our table was ready when we arrived.

Great food , caring customer service and attentiveness, awesome atmosphere. Loved it and definitely will be back very soon for sure. Anyone in the area should absolutely consider trying it out for yourselves!

Wheelchair accessibility: Not very friendly for disabled people is the only negative thing I can say about the experience. Very steep ramp once you come in through the door. I am disabled and use a cane to walk, one of the staff saw me having some trouble with the steep slope and immediately came down and helped me up , no questions asked. Very much appreciated the courteous staff they have.

Went to visit my nephew and he took us to this little neighborhood gem. It's a very unassuming restaurant that you wouldn't even know was there unless you were looking for it. The food and service was excellent. You have to try the calzones but be warned a "small" is huge and sooooo good. We will definitely go back.

Had dinner here passing through for the nite! What a find! The atmosphere was cozy, the waitstaff was efficient and the food was delicious! Chicken and veal piccata were so good! We look forward to our next trip though Bloomsburg so we can visit again!

The food was delicious and authentic! The variety of the menu was great too. We waited a while to get served and they were not busy in the slightest. But the waitress was very kind once she got to us. The setting is private and intimate. Great date night spot or for a cozy family dinner

The food was good. The atmosphere was good. The service was horrible. Forgot our salads then only brought one to us. Forgot about us and never filled our drinking. We asked for bread 5 times amd finally got it after 20 minutes. This wasn't a really busy night. Most of the staff was more interested in some guy being a clown near the bar. Obviously someone they know and frequents the place often. His presence was very disruptive not only for us but other tables too. If this was my first experience I would definitely not return.

Cute cozy atmosphere and good food, the bartender the first time was kind and informative.

The server at dinner was nice, and I'll still give the place 5 stars, but she was upfront done with us and wanted to drop the check, and made it a little ridiculous. I still tipped over 25% and assumed bad day, assuming if you don't have a reservation maybe you have to hustle, even though it wasn't that busy, but it was pretty inappropriate. But I still like the place. Good date spot when you aren't being rushed.

I have to say that it was worth stopping to eat at Rose Marie’s. All food was freshly made. They make all home made sauces. Amazing service by Amber.
