I don't usually leave bad reviews BUT in this occasion it's necessary to tell you all my bad experience. I went to this place and at. we enjoyed it but when it came time to pay they charged me twice the same amount . I let the server know and she gave me a card with my transaction number, the shift manager came to my table and told me that he would send an email to the department who's in charge and they would refund me the second charge. After 2 weeks they did NOT refund me the money so I went to the restaurant and the manager told he does not recall the situation that happened and that he would send another email. After another week of waiting I still hadn't received my refund. I had to communicate with 2 more managers and still hadn't received my refund. I had to call corporate myself and they asked me for evidence of the card with the transaction number that's they finally gave me a refund a month later....😡

Riley really made these old southern folks feel right at home with her easy going way. The food was EXCELLENT. I had a med/rare ribeye (perfect!) and hubs had the glazed chicken. Will definitely return the next time we are passing through.. Thanks for a excellent experience!

Becky is absolutely amazing! This is the best service I had in quite a while. She was on top of things during our whole visit. Definitely ask for her when you stop in. She kept my drinks full which is definitely a plus in my book. A+ visit
